Honestly I can’t talk about my experience at the 13th Tanzania Health Summit @tanzaniahealthsummit without mentioning the Youth Capacity Building Program (YOCAB) Being part of YOCAB 2026 has been an amazing and inspiring experience having the opportunity to learn from incredible mentors and experts who are shaping the next generation of young leaders has been truly valuable Grateful for the lessons, insights and connections and it’s time to turn what we’ve learned into action and impact To all my fellow YOCAB Fellows 2026, I wish you all the very best in your respective journeys may we continue to grow, lead and create meaningful change in our communities The process is demanding, the future is promising. #yocab2026 #tanzaniahealthsummit #youthleadership #capacitybuilding #healthimpact by @adams_phil_maverick

Today as we commemorate World Heart Day, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to serve the community through health screening and health education It was a meaningful reminder that taking care of our hearts starts with understanding our health status, knowing our numbers and making healthier choices every day Through screening and sharing knowledge, we can encourage early action, strengthen awareness and help build healthier communities Happy World Heart Day 🫀 #worldheartday #afyafiesta #tamsa #saifee #wizarayaafya by @adams_phil_maverick
