POSTS STORIES REELS

I really shouldn't be saying this, but I will anyway.

15 days in a posting and I'm still pretty bad at finding my own voice, but everyday I'm more excited than the last day to post.

The love that I feel through this community is special and I hope I'm doing my part to share all the love right back at everybody.

If you actually took the time to read this blurb please let me know in the comments.

I actually shocked myself with my October results of exercising every single day.

A few thousand reps on the bar thingamajig that I use.

More than a few hundred push-ups.

Quite a few 20 minutes minimum workouts

I'm 54 and starting over.

How was your October?

Let me know in the comments...

My thoughts after posting for 2 weeks here on Instagram.

1st were my fears....
1. I was nervous as heck to make my first video.

2. I thought being 54 years old, people may not take me seriously.

3. I thought I might not be able to get the hang of it.

4. Is anybody going to be interested in what I have to say?

2nd how I actually feel
1. First video post is really like the first step in any journey you set out to take.

2. Being 54 years old actually gives me an advantage to see things through life experience.

3. Oh, I definitely got the hang of it quickly. So much more to learn but this platform offers so much support in making it so simple for anybody to post.

4. Apparently people are interested in what I have to say and that really floors me. I cannot believe that in two weeks over 20,000 people have been able to view my content.

I am super grateful and blown awaythat I have over 200 followers right now.

And I am particularly blown away by the support of the people that I follow.

Kudos to everyone on their journey.

Can't wait to post my next video later.
