Helping women navigating a spouses addiction to reclaim their lives, feel steady, calm & confident.
Support him without losing yourself

POSTS STORIES REELS

After years of supporting women who love someone struggling with addiction, I’ve noticed something.

By the time they find me…

They’ve usually spent years trying to work it out on their own.

They’ve listened to the podcasts.

Read the books.

Watched the workshops.

They don’t come to me because they don’t know something needs to change.

They come to me because they’re exhausted from trying to carry it all by themselves.

And that’s why I don’t think the hardest step is realising you need support.

I think the hardest step is allowing yourself to receive it.

Because for so many women, receiving support feels unfamiliar.

You’ve spent years being the strong one.

The one who holds everything together.

The one everyone else leans on.

So letting someone walk alongside you can feel uncomfortable.

I know.

It took me years too.

If you’ve been quietly wondering whether now is the time to stop doing this on your own…

Maybe you don’t need to have every answer today.

🫶 Maybe you simply need to give yourself permission to let someone walk alongside you.

🫶 That’s exactly why I created Pathway to Wellness

🫶 That’s exactly why I created Pathway to Wellness.

Three months where I’ll walk alongside you, with personalised coaching, practical tools and a community of women who truly understand what this life feels like.

A safe, supportive place to work through what’s happening in YOUR life, learn what actually helps, and begin making changes for yourself while still loving and supporting the person you care about.

🩷 If you’re tired of doing this on your own…

🩷 If you’ve spent so long trying to get HIM help that you’ve barely considered what support for YOU could look like…

🩷 If you want actionable steps to put in place that make sense for you and your family.

Maybe this is your moment to explore that.

Pathway to Wellness is now open for enrolment.

We begin 10 November.

➡️ Comment “PTW” or send me a private DM with PTW.

I’ll share a bit more about the program, and we can explore whether it’s the right support for you.

Because you matter too. 🩷 by @addictionmakesthree

She didn’t say:
“He stopped drinking.”
(Even though he has)

She didn’t say:
“It’s easy now.”

She said:
“I feel steady, I feel I can navigate just about anything now”

That’s the shift.
From bracing… to grounded.
From overwhelmed… to capable.
From losing yourself… to coming home to yourself.

That’s what happens when you stop trying to manage addiction alone, in silence, behind closed doors.

🩷 That’s what this private session is about.

It’s about you walking away with:

• A way to calm your nervous system in the moment (so you don’t snap and spiral later)
• Tools to reduce reactivity and regret
• Clear boundaries that don’t require over-explaining
• A steadiness plan you can use immediately even if nothing around you changes

So when he walks through the door…
you don’t feel your stomach drop.

So when tension rises…
you respond instead of react.

So when your kids test you…
you have capacity to show up in a grounded way.

So you stop living on edge.

🩷 you can watch it now
“How to Live This Year Differently.”

If you’re done waiting for the right moment —

🩷 Comment or DM “session.” And I’ll send it through.

You don’t need him to change to take this step.

You just need to decide you don’t want another year like this.

No one talks about this.

One of the hardest parts of loving someone with addiction…

is how slowly you stop trusting yourself.

Your thoughts.
Your reactions.
Your instincts.

Over time, the focus shifts.

Suddenly you’re questioning:

“Am I overreacting?”
“Maybe it’s me”
“Maybe I’m the problem”

And that’s what makes this so confusing.

🎧 In Episode 92:
Am I Overreacting? The Hidden Damage Addiction Causes

I talk about the hidden psychological toll addiction can have on the person loving them too 🤍

➡️ Comment “TRUST” and I’ll send you the episode directly by @addictionmakesthree

You love your husband.
You want your marriage to work.

But you also know you can't keep living with the worry, uncertainty and exhaustion that comes with his drinking.

🩷 What if you could feel more confident handling the difficult moments, support him without losing yourself, and actually start enjoying your own life again?

Even if he's not ready to change.

That's what we work towards together inside Pathway to Wellness.

➡️ Comment “PTW” or send me a DM “PTW” privately, if you're ready to stop waiting for things to get better with him and explore how you can start leading the way for change in your family.

Because you can love him AND want a different experience of life. Both can be true. 🩷

And when you are better in yourself, everyone wins xx by @addictionmakesthree

It’s not just when he’s drinking.

It’s before.
After.
In between.

The quiet moments.
The loud moments.
The heartbreaking moments.

You’re thinking about it when you wake up.
When you’re at work.
When you’re trying to relax.

Is he okay?
Has he been drinking?
What kind of night will it be?

Even when things are “fine”…
your mind doesn’t fully switch off.

Because part of you is always preparing.

Always scanning.
Always trying to stay one step ahead.

That’s the part no one sees.

And it’s exhausting.

And you don’t have to figure that out alone.

That’s what we work on together inside Pathway to Wellness, my 3-month program for women navigating a loved one’s drinking or addiction.

Because what if, three months from now…

🩷 You could wake up and actually look forward to your day, instead of immediately worrying about his drinking.

🩷 You knew how to handle the difficult moments without being pulled into the same arguments, anxiety and exhaustion.

🩷 You felt more confident setting boundaries and supporting him in ways that are healthy and sustainable for you both.

🩷 You could be more present with your kids, enjoy time together and make plans without everything revolving around whether he’s drinking.

And you could start experiencing those changes without needing him to get sober first.

➡️ If you’re ready to stop just getting through each day and start building a life that feels good to live again, comment “PTW” or privately message “PTW” and I’ll show you how we can work towards that together.

Because you can love him, want your marriage to work AND want a better life for yourself. 🩷 by @addictionmakesthree

You love your husband.

There are so many things about your life together that you wouldn’t change.

But then there’s the drinking.

The thing that can turn an otherwise lovely evening into one filled with tension.

That makes you second-guess his mood, wonder how much he’s had, or feel like you’re never quite able to relax.

And maybe that’s what makes it so hard.

Because you don’t want a completely different life.

You just want this part of your life to feel different.

And I want you to know that better IS possible.

Not because I can promise he’ll stop drinking.

But because there are things you can begin to change for yourself, even if he’s not ready to make changes yet.

🩷 You can feel more confident in your decisions.

🩷 You can learn how to navigate difficult moments without carrying all the responsibility.

🩷 You can begin enjoying more of your own life, instead of waiting to see what happens with him.

🩷 You can learn how to support him in ways that are healthy, helpful and sustainable for you both - creating more space for positive change without taking responsibility for his recovery.

You can love your husband, want your marriage to work AND want things to feel different for you.

That’s why I created Pathway to Wellness.

My 3-month program where we work together to help you make those changes in your own life, with support that’s personal to what you’re going through.

🩷 Comment “PTW” or send a private DM “PTW”and I’ll send you a short video explaining what Pathway to Wellness looks like, how it could support youto start living a better life now.

Because your life doesn’t have to wait for his recovery. 🩷 by @addictionmakesthree

You love him.

You want your marriage to work.

But you also know something needs to change.

Because you’re tired of wondering whether he’s been drinking.

Tired of thinking through what to say, what not to say, and how he’ll react.

Tired of your plans, your mood and your peace being so tied to what’s happening with him.

And maybe you’ve been telling yourself that once he stops drinking, gets help or takes his recovery seriously, then things will feel different for you.

But what if you didn’t have to wait?

🩷 What if you could start making changes in your own life, even if nothing changes with him yet?

Not by giving up on him.

But by learning how to:

🩷 Recognise what’s yours to carry — and what isn’t.

🩷 Set boundaries without needing him to agree.

🩷 Make decisions based on what YOU need, rather than what he does next.

Because you can want your marriage to work AND want your life to feel different.

Both can be true.

And with the holidays approaching…

What if this was the year you stopped just getting through them?

What if you could head into 2027 feeling steadier, clearer and more confident in your own choices — whether he’s drinking or sober?

You don’t have to wait until January. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

🩷 Comment “PTW” or DM me “PTW” privately, and I’ll send you information about my 3-month Pathway to Wellness program - where we work together to help you put these changes into practice.

Because your better life starts with you . 🩷 by @addictionmakesthree

When you love someone struggling with alcohol, it can feel like your life has two options:

Leave.

Or stay… and wait.

Wait for him to stop drinking.
Wait for him to acknowledge there’s a problem.
Wait for him to actually get help.
Wait for recovery.
Wait for things to finally feel different.

But staying doesn’t mean you have to keep living exactly as you are now.

There are things you can begin changing — even if he isn’t ready to change yet.

🩷 You can learn how to support him without taking responsibility for his recovery.

🩷 You can begin recognising what’s yours to carry — and what isn’t.

🩷 You can make decisions based on what you need, rather than constantly responding to what he does next.

🩷 You can start making room for more peace, more steadiness and more joy.

And none of that means you love him any less.

What if this holiday season could feel different for YOU?

Not because he’s stopped drinking.
Not because everything has suddenly fallen into place.

But because you’ve started making changes for yourself.

And what if you could head into 2027 feeling steadier, clearer and more confident about how you want to live your life — whether he’s drinking or sober?

You don’t have to wait for his recovery to start reclaiming your own life.

And you don’t have to figure out how to do it alone.

🩷 that’s why I created Pathway to Wellness

A supportive program for women who want support, guidance and kindness putting these changes into practice, so their own lives no longer have to revolve around their loved one’s addiction or recovery.

If you’re tired of waiting for things to feel different, maybe this is the moment to start exploring what could change for you.

➡️ Comment “PTW” and I’ll send you the details.

Life can be better and change starts with you 🩷 by @addictionmakesthree

There’s a version of addiction no one really talks about.

The one where…

You’re the strong one.
The capable one.
The one holding everything together.

The mother who keeps things running, no matter what.

And yet…

You’re exhausted.
You’re anxious.
You’re constantly thinking, planning, bracing for what might happen next.

Not because of what your life looks like on paper…

But because of what you’re carrying behind closed doors.

Addiction doesn’t just affect the person drinking.

It can quietly change the way you experience motherhood.

Moments you want to enjoy with your kids…

You’re there. But part of your mind is somewhere else.

Wondering.
Watching.
Anticipating what might happen next.

And somewhere along the way, you start feeling disconnected from the mother and parent you want to be.

Not because you don’t love your kids enough.

But because loving someone who struggles with addiction can take up so much of your emotional energy.

And the hardest part?

To everyone else, you still look like you’re managing just fine.

🩷 But here’s what I want you to know:

You don’t have to wait for your husband to change before you can begin feeling more present in your own life - including with your children.

You deserve support with what you’re carrying, too.

No pressure to enrol. Just a chance to explore what better could look like for you. by @addictionmakesthree

When he stops drinking, we’ll go on that holiday.

When things settle down, I’ll start seeing my friends again.

When I can trust him, I’ll finally be able to relax.

Sound familiar?

When your husband drinks too much, it’s easy for your whole life to become organised around what he is, or isn’t doing.

You stop making plans.

You second-guess your decisions.

You put things you love on hold because you never quite know what might happen next.

And slowly, without meaning to, you start waiting for his life to change before you allow yours to.

But here’s what I want you to know.

🩷 You don’t have to stop loving him to start looking after yourself.

🩷 You can learn to respond differently when things get difficult.

🩷 You can rebuild confidence in your own judgement.

🩷 You can begin making plans and finding enjoyment again, even while his recovery remains uncertain.

🩷 You can learn to support him in a healthy, helpful and sustainable way that doesn’t drain you.

And you don’t have to figure all of that out alone.

➡️ That’s what I help women work towards inside Pathway to Wellness, my three-month personalised coaching program.

🩷 We begin 10 November.

➡️ If you’re tired of feeling like your life is on hold because of your husband’s drinking, comment “PTW”
or DM me privately.

I’ll share how Pathway can help you begin making changes for YOU.

Because change starts with you 🫶 by @addictionmakesthree

I remember feeling like I needed proof of everything.

I weighed bottles.

Counted beer cans.

Checked hiding places.

Kept notes.

Because I wanted to know I wasn’t imagining things.

But the more time I spent trying to prove what was happening, the further away I felt from trusting myself.

And here’s the shift I want to share with you:

You might not get an honest answer every time, or some times... at all.

You might not get your husband to agree with your version of events.

But you’re still allowed to notice how a situation is affecting you and decide what you need.

Episode 111 is about getting off that exhausting cycle of checking, analysing and doubting yourself.... when you feel like you’re going crazy.

🎧 Comment “LISTEN” and I’ll send you the episode. by @addictionmakesthree

Your husband drinks too much.

And you’ve probably spent a lot of time wondering when he’s finally going to do something about it.

When he’ll admit there’s a problem.
When he’ll get help.
When he’ll stop making promises he can’t keep.

Because somewhere in the back of your mind, there’s this belief…

When he gets better, THEN I’ll be okay.

But what if he starts getting help tomorrow?

Recovery isn’t always a straight line. Rebuilding trust takes time. And feeling safe and steady in your relationship again may take longer than either of you expects.

So what happens to YOU while all of that unfolds?

Do you keep putting off the holiday?

Keep cancelling plans because you’re worried about his drinking?

Keep checking his mood before deciding what kind of day you’re allowed to have?

Keep waiting for the day you can finally relax?

💕 You can want your husband to get better.

💕 You can love him, encourage him and support his recovery.

💕 AND you can start making changes that make YOUR life better, right now.

💕 You can learn to trust your own judgement again.

💕 Feel more confident handling difficult moments.

Make plans. Enjoy yourself. Find parts of YOU that have been missing for far too long.

And you don’t have to figure out how to do that on your own.

💕 This is exactly what we work towards inside Pathway to Wellness, my three-month personalised coaching program for women navigating a loved one’s addiction.

We begin on 10 November.

If you’re tired of waiting for his life to change before yours can feel better, I’d love to help you explore a different way forward.

➡️ Comment “PTW” or send me a private DM with “PTW”.

I’ll share a bit more about the program.
