Every administration since 1999 has handed the country to the next one in worse condition than they received it. This is not an accident but rather the logical output of a system that has been running exactly as designed. At some point, Nigerians stopped praying for progress and started praying for something smaller; for each new government to just leave things exactly where they found it.
