Makeup should never hide who you are.
It should reveal it.

Had the pleasure of meeting beautiful @adrianaweddingplanner today 🤍 by @adrianacolniceanu

We often make lists to explain what you’re paying for when you hire a wedding planner. A list of vendors, a timeline, coordination on the wedding day.

And yes, that’s all true.

But it’s only part of the picture. Because the real work, the real expertise, is almost never written in those lists.

It’s more subtle than that, less visible and yet essential.

Experience comes from trials, adjustments, and mistakes too, all of which eventually become the knowledge that helps you avoid making your own. The ability to read between the lines, to sense when something isn’t quite right, to anticipate an issue before it even arises.

A strong structural foundation, with a real understanding of contracts, commitments, and what’s at stake.
But also presence, a way of guiding and reassuring you when things start to feel overwhelming or unclear.

These are often called “soft skills”, the kind of things people don’t always think are essential. And yet, they are what make all the difference. ✨ by @adrianacolniceanu
