Quick and easy breakfast recipe 🫶🏽

Makes 8 breakfast bombs
1 can of biscuit dough
5-6 slices of bacon
5 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Syrup (optional)

Preheat over to 400 deg f.
Cook bacon, set aside
Combine eggs and sour cream, scramble together over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
Flatten out biscuits and put one dash of everything bagel seasoning on one side and press in everything bagel seasoning. Flip over and begin assembling, put shredded cheese, eggs, bacon pieces. Then gently bring biscuit edges together to seal into a ball. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 min at 400 deg F.

Our first Eden’s Table pop-up in South Florida was a SUCCESS!

From late-night prep to serving our community, this matcha pop-up was proof that we’re right where we need to be. We served handcrafted matcha drinks, baked goods, and good vibes — and the love was unreal.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support. This was just the beginning for Eden’s Table and we can’t wait to bring more matcha pop-ups, catering, and community events to Broward & Miami.
