Only really started deadlifting consistently and working on my nutrition with a coach @hopey_trainingwithhope in the last year. The best part about increasing my protien intake consistently is i hold onto my strength on my month on the boats and I feel great in the gym when I am back onshore. If your serious about anything get a coach! #fitness #accountability by @adventuresof.nui

Finally... Bali the Anime,
Been meaning to get this edit finished, just a month in Bali letting my soul get filled to the brim!!!!
Cameos from my boys #malakaimerebark and #lenzdawgz and numerous others! by @adventuresof.nui

Bali sunsets, so magical, nothing fills heart as much as sharing it with people who mean the world.

Yes #lenzdawgz is a person he is my oldest son, not sure if he is the better behaved though. They can both be rascals in their own way but hey I can't talk, I love getting up to a bit of mischief. by @adventuresof.nui

Picked up Three New Licences in 2025 all in different fields, proud of myself. C6 Crane ticket, can operate most cranes under 60 tonne. Master < 24m Near Coastal ticket which allows me to be Watchkeeper on vessels <100m in the EEZ. Then finally I completed my Australian Motorbike Licence course/test, so I can apply for Motorbike international licence now and maybe pick up a run around here in Oz. by @adventuresof.nui

Day 14 and I was hunted down by @adventuresof.nui who weighs pretty much double me.

Still standing strong and waiting for a fight to line up sooner rather than later 🫠

First time to Wallaman Falls, been on my bucket list for ages. Epic waterfall and numerous beautiful landscapes to view both on the drive there and the walk down. Definitely a must do for waterfall and landscape lovers!!!!

Trail is 2km each way, 4km return trip steep, track alot of steps and a little rough in patches. I blasted it in 30min each way could do it faster if you are real fit. Bit hard to get down for a swim but you know I did, only one down there howling like a lonewolf. Would only suggest going for a swim if you are comfortable on slippery rocks or have someone who is to help you. Be hard yakka getting back to the top with an injury.

That FNQ beauty shines on the drive out there, just mind the narrow roads and fat cows. Nothing says country like two bulls testing each other in the sunset though.

Beautiful walk out on the reef for a sunset surf at Bingin, Bali. It moments like these that I live for, my heart and soul both at peace.

Surfing is like meditation for me, it gives me a chance to step out of the now and reflect on whether my current choices are taking me on the life path I desire.

Photos and video thanks to @lucycmillerrr

Big thanks to the boyz who didn't know me from a bar of soap and let me tag along in the desert for an afternoon of snapping axles and melting throttle cables. Was so much fun, just looking at these photos makes me want to go do it again ASAP despite the fact it's currently 37 C here at 6:45pm.

Extra big shout out to Luke for these awesome photos even if my editing skills are below par! #Dubai #dunes #desert #desertlife #dunebuggy #theboyz #lifesforliving by @adventuresof.nui

Sri Lanka was amazing! Honestly if you want to learn to surf, Sri Lanka is the place to do it! So many surf breaks everywhere. We stayed in Ahangama, not as touristy! If you need a driver or amazing seafood bbqs, I know somepeople 😉 #srilanka #surf #surfing #cheapfood #holiday #travel #hungry4life by @adventuresof.nui
