A little warmth, a little sweetness, and a whole lot of texture.

Our Toasted Jaggery Flat White comes together with slowly simmered jaggery, freshly pulled espresso and textured milk.

From the first stir to the final pour, every layer comes together in a cup that’s rich, balanced and gently sweet.

Every cup that leaves our counter starts the same way.

Same hands, same care, same cup, no matter what you order.

What changes is the craft inside it, the extraction, the texture, the foam, the small details that actually make a cup worth drinking.

That’s the whole philosophy, really.

One cup, real craft, every time.

One more sip. One more discovery.

Our Colombia, Huila is floral, juicy and naturally sweet - but we want to know what you find in the cup.

Something new is brewing at Aék.

We’re launching two new beans this month.
First up: Colombia, Huila.

Part of our Aék Reserve Series, this limited-stock international bean brings something a little different to your everyday cup. It’s juicy, bright and naturally sweet, with fruity notes that make it an easy pick for anyone who likes a little more character in their coffee.

A familiar favourite, with a new twist. Now at Aék. by @aekcoffee_

Some coffees don’t need much convincing.

They’re comforting from the first sip, familiar enough to crave, and somehow always fit the moment. Fruity and pulpy, with a subtle nuttiness and a soft, silky finish that keeps everything balanced.

The kind of cup that slips easily into your everyday routine.

That’s El Salvador, San Agustín. The comfort cup. by @aekcoffee_

Round two of the Aék Reserve Series is here.

We’re adding another limited-stock international bean this month.
Meet El Salvador, San Agustín.

We had the Aék community try it. And their take? El Salvador, San Agustín is smooth, balanced and easy to drink. It’s the kind of cup that fits right into your everyday coffee ritual.

Now we want to know what you think. Come by and get yourself a cup.
What do you think it’ll be like? by @aekcoffee_

Every note left on our table has a little story behind it, and we love being a part of it.

So, the next time you’re at Aék, leave us a note, a doodle, or whatever’s on your mind. You might just find a reply waiting for you. by @aekcoffee_

There’s a table waiting for your thoughts.

Write something, draw something, whatever’s on your mind! It can be about your coffee, your barista, a random thought, just let it flow.

We’d love to know what you think, and at the end of every month, we’ll pick the top 5 notes for coffees on the house.

Leave us a tip.

While sipping on it, you enjoy slowing down, taking a breath, and finding comfort in the simple things.
