Your body gives you signals long before you reach your breaking point 🤍

Feeling constantly exhausted, struggling to unwind, or running on empty can be signs that it’s time to reassess your routine and give yourself more room to rest. You don’t have to wait until you’re burnt out to start taking care of yourself.

Not everything labeled “healthy” is necessarily right for your body.

More exercise, more supplements, more fasting, more tracking… sometimes, doing more can actually create more stress.

Your healthiest routine should support your body and your life, not leave you feeling like you’re constantly trying to optimize it.

A little delusion, a lot of faith, and the courage to bet on myself.

From constant fatigue, bloating, and breakouts to finally feeling like herself again.

This is what personalized wellness looks like: understanding the full picture, finding the root causes, and creating a plan that’s actually tailored to you.

Your body isn’t a checklist. Your approach to health shouldn’t be either.

If you’re ready to understand what your body is telling you and finally feel better, let’s talk 🤍

A colorful plate isn’t just pretty to look at 🌈

Different fruits and vegetables contain different vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds, so eating a variety of colors is a simple way to add more variety to your diet.

Next time you’re planning a meal, think beyond just green.

Consider this your sign to add a little more color to your plate!

A little recap of September 🤎

September truly feels like the start of the year for me. This month looked a little different than I expected, but ended up being a really good reminder to slow down, listen to my body, and ease back into the things that make me feel like myself.

Feeling grateful for a month filled with family, wellness, meaningful work, and getting back into a routine that feels good.

What did September look like for you?

When you’re doing all the “right” things but still don’t feel your best, it may be time to look a little deeper.

Functional testing can provide valuable insight into what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you better understand your body and make more informed decisions about your health.

Instead of guessing, testing can help create a clearer picture of what your body may actually need.
