A decision I made that I never regretted - to compete at the age of 60 years old. I believe we all have something we want to do while we are still able. If you are reading this and you have one thing that you have been pushing back because maybe you are afraid(of failure, what others will say, etc) I would say go and do it, don’t wait, life is short. We have this one life - spend every moment as if it is our last 🙏❤️🫶🫶🫶#poledancer@60 by @aerial__lola

I do pole, hoop and hammock by @aerial__lola

Thank you @physiofei for this video(she told me it is not of good quality 😁 but it is ok). Will be waiting for the official video from PSO.

A dream come true - to compete in pole dancing at Pole Sport Organization. A year ago I thought I want to experience competing in pole or aerial hoop or hammocks. Then I started training to prep me for this pole competition, after meeting @marynaleliavina.
I already have a music in my mind, the song I heard from CPAC, I feel the music describes me, Stronger than Before. She conceptualized the choreography, we worked on the movements that I am comfortable doing, clean the lines, exaggerate the movements, point the toes, don’t bend the knees, connect with the audience. I am grateful of the outcome, not perfect but I, we worked hard for this. Once a dream now a reality- to compete in pole at the age of 60.
Nothing is impossible if you put your heart, mind, body, soul on your goals plus hardwork, the dedication, consistency, focus.
I think I am the oldest performer, but age is just a number, if we train our body consistently we will be amazed of what our body can do.
Thank you to @etherealmelody01 @iam.soroya for the makeup. by @aerial__lola

Pole Sport Organization Canada East competition, October 3, 2026. Congratulations, we are all gold medalists. So proud to be a part of the Pole Community- all strong men and women, brave to face the challenges of competition, the endless training to finish the choreography after finding the music that best represents us, conquering fear, the long wait at the backstage waiting for our names to be called to perform(was so nervous, palms starting to sweat, playing on my mind my choreography), until finally on stage and performing. For me it is a dream come true, my first pole competition at the age of 60, since I started pole dancing in 2022 at 56. I will forever cherish these moments. This community support each other, clap, cheer all the performers ❤️🥰👏🙌#poledancer@60#aerialist by @aerial__lola

WHAT. A. NIGHT. 🥇🥇🥇🥇

Four incredible women from our DG family stepped onto that stage yesterday — and every single one of them came home with GOLD.

Maryna, Helen, Carina & Imanthi — we could not be prouder of you.

We watched the hours of training, the practices, the nerves, the changes, the determination and the work that went into each of your breathtaking performances. 🥹

And then we got to watch you shine on that stage 🙌👏

4 performances. 4 golds. 🥇🥇🥇🥇

Congratulations, ladies. You earned every single one of them. 🥇

What a privilege it is to have you as part of our DG family. ❤️🙌👏🫶
