A little celebration and a WHOLE lot of gratitude! 🥹🏆

These past several months, I've been intentional about investing in myself, expanding my capacity, and positioning myself for the next chapter of my life, business, and legacy.

I'm acknowledging the work happening both behind the scenes and out loud:

🏆 **Completed Soil to Sold's Builder's Blueprint 90-Day Program** and received the *Most Likely to Build* Award! 🥹

🏡 **Graduated from Spark Developer Academy in Omaha, Nebraska**, successfully completing my real estate development capstone focused on attainable housing and community revitalization.

🌱 **Currently participating in Black Ambition's Fundable Founders Learning Lab**, refining my business model and preparing to launch an upcoming Rooted Capacity cohort to help therapists and mission-driven professionals build sustainable businesses without sacrificing themselves in the process.

💼 **Wrapping up six months with the She Got Goals Government Contracting Mentorship Program**, strengthening my knowledge and positioning my businesses for government contracting and public-sector opportunities.

WHEW! 😮‍💨 Multiple programs. Multiple commitments. Multiple visions. And somehow, it's all beginning to connect!

All while managing existing responsibilities, building businesses, navigating life, and learning to honor my capacity along the way.

📌Growth isn't always about doing more. It's about becoming more intentional, disciplined, & equipped to sustain what you're building.🏗️🌱

I'm not just collecting certificates. I'm building the knowledge, relationships, systems, and foundation to turn vision into lasting impact.

As someone born and raised in North Omaha, there's something especially meaningful about returning home with the tools and vision to invest in the community that helped shape me. 🥰

I'm deeply grateful for every mentor, facilitator, connection, and opportunity that has contributed to this journey. And to myself...GIRL, I'M PROUD OF YOU! 🥹❤️

Most Likely to Build award made me smile because that's exactly what I intend to do! Building what can hold growth. Creating what can sustain impact. Cultivating a legacy that extends beyond me✨ by @agavni_reign

Happy birthday to my best friend, my sister in every way that matters. 💕🥹

We have been through so much life together, and through every season you have been one of my safest places. My support, the one who will hype me up, hold me accountable, check me when I need it, and still remind me exactly who I am.

You have loved me in ways that have felt steady, honest, and real. You’ve covered me, laughed with me, cried with me, and stood beside me through so many chapters.

I’m so grateful life gave me a friendship that feels like family. I love you deeply, sis, and I pray this next year pours back into you everything you so naturally give to everyone else. Happy Birthday, beautiful 💗✨🥂 by @agavni_reign

A woman who is often the sentence after, “I didn’t see that coming.”🤷🏾‍♀️

Softer than expected.🫠 Harder to shake.🙅🏾‍♀️

Not easily summarized in one conversation.🤓🧚🏽‍♀️

An inconvenient woman in the best way — one who survives the things that were supposed to teach dependence.💪🏽

She smiles like spring ☺️ and thinks like a chessboard. 👑♟️

I love being a woman who is both echt
(unmistakably authentic) ✨ and a plot twist. 🤪😏 by @agavni_reign

Golden Era 🌱✨ We’re building. 🌱❤️‍🔥

I’m excited to share that I’ve officially been accepted into the Pharrell Williams’ @blackambitionprize 2026 Fundable Founders Learning Lab, supported by JPMorganChase supporting 500+ entrepreneurs with capital access, mentorship, and expert-led training!!! 🙌🏾

This opportunity comes at such an aligned moment as I continue building Rooted Capacity—an ecosystem for building human, organizational, and community capacity.

Before we ask people, organizations, and communities to grow… do they actually have the capacity to hold the growth?

That question is shaping the next evolution of Rooted Capacity and the work I’m building around Capacity Intelligence™—helping organizations better understand readiness, strengthen the systems behind execution, and build the capacity required for sustainable performance and impact.

I’m looking forward to spending the next several weeks learning alongside ambitious founders, sharpening the business model, strengthening our path to capital, and continuing to turn this BIG vision into something tangible.

There have been so many quiet seasons of building, questioning, refining, and becoming.

So this one feels good. 🥹 Rooted first. Then we rise. 🌱

Thank you to the Black Ambition team for the opportunity. Let’s build. ❤️‍🔥

**Wealth Weekend Recap ✨**

This past weekend was a beautiful reminder that wealth is so much more than money — it’s mindset, alignment, legacy, discipline, wellness, ownership, and the capacity to hold what we’ve been praying for🙏🏾

I feel inspired, stretched, affirmed, and deeply reminded that building legacy requires both vision and structure. It’s one thing to dream big, but it’s another to be in rooms with multi-millionaires who look like you and challenge you to think bigger, move wiser, and expand with intention 🙌🏾💫

Grateful for the conversations, the connections, the gems, and the reminder that prosperity is not just something we chase, it’s something we prepare for, steward well, and embody🤲🏾

Here’s to wealth in every form: peace, purpose, ownership, overflow, family, faith, freedom, and legacy. 🌱💫

Haecceity(n.) "thisness"—the unique qualities that make someone or something precisely what it is.

Antelope Canyon reminded me that nature never questions its uniqueness and dopeness—neither should I.

7.10 Chapter thirty-alig(nine)d: A Sacred Beginning 🌵🦋✨

Thank you all so much for the birthday calls, texts, prayers, gifts, and so much love. I truly felt celebrated, and my heart is full. 🤍

I intentionally welcomed 39 in Sedona, AZ @thejenesishouse —a black-owned sanctuary devoted to healing, restoration, and remembering who we are beneath all the noise.

It was more than a birthday trip. It became a sacred pause. A pilgrimage. A homecoming.

Surrounded by Sedona's breathtaking red rocks, I gave myself permission to simply be—to slow down, listen deeply, regulate my nervous system, and honor the woman I've become after years of climbing, healing, unlearning, and rebuilding.

One of the greatest gifts was the unexpected sisterhood that found me. I met several incredible women—who just so happened to also be traveling from CA—and in true divine timing, what began as strangers quickly became meaningful conversations, shared wisdom, laughter, vulnerability, and genuine connections.

It reminded me that when we're willing to be fully present, the right people often find us.

39 feels different...not because life suddenly became easier, but because I became different.

I've learned that a soft life isn't an aesthetic.
It's a regulated nervous system. It's choosing authenticity over performance. It's honoring my capacity instead of proving my worth.

It's trusting that growth happens internally long before it becomes visible externally. It's no longer confusing chaos with purpose or love.

This season has taught me that home isn't a place—it's the relationship I've cultivated with myself.

I'm learning to live more by alignment than perception. To release misconceptions and emotional burdens that were never mine to carry.

As I've stepped into Level 39, I'm celebrating not just another year of life, but fully inhabiting who who I've been all along. May this level be less about proving and more about presence. Less about surviving and more about living in alignment✨

One rooted in embodiment, truth, and in capacity.
Here's to becoming our own greatest surprise 💝🎁

Cheers to Level 39, here's to what unfolds next 🥂🌱🦋

**Happy International Women’s Day 🖤🤍🤎🩷❤️**

Keep rising to meet the highest version of yourself. 💫

Growth can be lonely sometimes.
Not because you’re alone — but because elevation asks you to release what can’t climb with you.

Along the way, I’ve learned something important:
Give yourself the same open hands you offer to everyone else.

👉🏾Open hands 🤲🏾 don’t always mean giving...
Sometimes they mean **open to receiving 🫴🏾 or expanding.👐🏾
Sometimes they mean **holding space for yourself 🧘🏾‍♀️ and being held while rising.
Sometimes they simply mean **resting 💆🏾‍♀️🛌🏾while you gather strength for the next step up.**

The climb will change your perspective.
You’ll see further.
You’ll move differently.
You’ll trust yourself more.

**To every woman choosing growth, even when it feels uncomfortable or quiet — keep rising 🌅

You were never meant to stay where you started. ✨
