Breakfast Chili Hash Keeping the fall vibes rolling for bae with this breakfast chili hash. Protein is involved of course bc she gotta keep those fitness goals. Ingredients: • 2 tbsp avocado oil, as needed • 1 lb ground beef • Trader Joe’s precut butternut squash • 1 sweet potato, diced • ½ large onion, diced • 1 red bell pepper, diced • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tbsp chili powder • ½ tsp cumin • ½ tsp paprika • Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion seasoning, to taste • Sage, to taste • 1 can whole stewed tomatoes, broken up as they cook • ¾ cup beef broth • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed • As many eggs as you want • Greek yogurt, cheese, and hot sauce for topping How to make it: 1. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, bell pepper, butternut squash, and sweet potato. Cook until the vegetables begin to soften, then stir in the garlic. 2. Add the ground beef and break it apart, cooking until browned. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, Crunchy Chili Onion seasoning, and sage. Clear a little space in the skillet and cook the tomato paste briefly before mixing it through. 4. Add the stewed tomatoes, beef broth, and kidney beans. Break up the tomatoes, bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce the heat. Cook until the squash and sweet potato are tender. 5. Make wells in the chili and crack in your eggs. Cover and cook until they reach your preferred doneness. Add cheese toward the end so it melts. 6. Finish with Greek yogurt and hot sauce. When bae says she wants biscuits and gravy we make biscuits and gravy. BISCUITS • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 tablespoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon sugar • 1 stick frozen butter (½ cup) • 1 cup milk • 1 beaten egg for an optional egg wash BACON & SAUSAGE GRAVY • Bacon, chopped after cooking • 1 pound breakfast sausage • ¼ cup all-purpose flour • 2 cups whole milk, plus more if needed • Your favorite seasonings for the sausage • Salt and plenty of black pepper, to taste HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Grate in the frozen butter and toss it through the flour. Add the milk and gently mix until the dough is shaggy. 2. Turn onto a floured surface. Gently press the dough together and fold it over itself about 8 times. Pat to about ¾–1 inch thick, then cut out your biscuits. 3. Place in a parchment-lined baking pan or skillet. Brush the tops with egg wash if you want that golden finish. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and cooked through. 4. While the biscuits bake, cook your bacon in a skillet. Remove, chop and set aside. Leave enough drippings in the skillet to cook your sausage, pouring off any excess. 5. Add the sausage and season it to your liking while it cooks. Break it into crumbles and cook until browned and fully cooked. 6. Stir the chopped bacon back in. Sprinkle in the flour and stir for 2–3 minutes. 7. Slowly add the milk, stirring as you go. Simmer until the gravy thickens. Add more milk if it gets too thick, then taste and finish with salt and plenty of black pepper. 8. Split those warm biscuits open and spoon the bacon & sausage gravy over the top. Had to run the pumpkin vase back and give you guys some tips on how to do this. Pick your pumpkin first. It gives you a base and helps you decide on the color palette. Cut a hole in the top and remove the guts. Some pumpkins aren’t very deep, but that’s ok. Just adjust your stem lengths. Short stems work here. Use wet floral foam made for fresh flowers. Let it float and soak naturally until fully saturated. Don’t push it underwater. Put a waterproof liner or small container inside the pumpkin to hold the foam and keep it wet. We don’t need to trust the pumpkin to hold water. You’ll probably need 3 or 4 bunches of flowers. I got 4 and ended up with enough extra to gift a small bouquet to my neighbor. Build in layers. The mums gave me that bottom layer, and I built my other two layers from there. Light the candle and catch a vibe to some music while you create. This wasn’t a decision made because I had a problem with alcohol. My business was being attacked (we still thriving 😉) and the girl I wanted to marry ghosted me all in the same month. I was in the deepest depression I’d ever had. After a month of drinking every day I made the conscious decision to sit in how I was feeling. My therapist suggested EMDR. I told her I will literally try anything. I cried every single day, in the shower, in the bed, in the car. I just felt it. My sobriety was just going to last until my birthday in May. Then I got to my birthday and didn’t want to drink. Here we are in October. I still go out and kick it, I still have fun, I just do it without alcohol. I love that I can stay out late and wake up early the next morning feeling great. I’ve been in the gym heavy. Down to 11% body fat. I feel better and look better than I have in a long time. My mental clarity is on another level. I don’t know if this is a forever decision I’m just taking it day by day. @french.bloom #sober #sobriety #mentalhealth #relatable #healing by @agent_bun
Not gonna lie this shot was deeper than I thought. The crazy part is she shot this off crossover in transition 4 seconds in to the shot clock to break the record like it was a layup. Only took @bronxganaway and I two attempts to hit it though… yeah it was just two.... Only two......... 🧐😏 #caitlinclark #iowa #basketball #shooter #ballislife by @agent_bun
God really is the best script writer. I usually stay out of pics on visits but this one was so special. My uncle Delbert being on this visit was different. He was the first coach that taught me how to tap into that killer on the court. All these years later to be in this place with his son and grandson and me being blessed to be in position to help them navigate… glory to God. More story to come. by @agent_bun

My mom asked me to make an arrangement for her work reunion party, so we went to Trader Joe’s to stock up I saw the pumpkins and immediately knew that had to be the vessel. The pale green of the pumpkin played perfectly against the deep fall palette of the flowers and really set the vibe. Definitely one of my favorite seasonal arrangements l’ve made.
