Happy Hallo-Maureen! by @agncy29
There’s just 18 sleeps til @grow_ny. The event is a highlight for us each year. We take part in application review, we’re on the floor at the Summit, and we even host a networking happy hour during the competition, a chance to raise a glass with the founders, funders, and food and ag innovators in the room. But our connection to Grow-NY runs deeper than that. Every year we have worked with finalists, Agency 29 clients have made it to the winner’s circle. That success reflects the innovative solutions our clients bring to the table, and their authentic commitment to transforming our food and agriculture systems. We can’t wait to see what the 2026 event holds. Will we see you there? by @agncy29
It's our honor to be a part of the @dairygirlnetwork, supporting women in the dairy industry and moving industry progress forward. Not only is Maureen hosting the dinner discussion with Emily Tweten of @hearty.sol, Agency 29 is sponsoring the Dessert and DGN Networking Event immediately following dinner. Will you be attending the Dairy Girl Network Conference? Let us know in the comments so Maureen can keep an eye out for you! by @agncy29
We've got a friendly wager going with Maureen. She's headed off to speak at two different events next week: Naturally Minnesota's Food Ag Ideas Week and the Dairy Girl Network National Conference. And we bet her that we can get 5 people to call her the GOAT while she's out there. If we win, she's wearing goat horns in the office. No ne-goat-tiating. Help us win. Find Maureen at the Dairy Girl Conference or Food Ag Ideas Week and say, "heard you're the GOAT". Let the count begin. by @agncy29

Some call us organized. Some say obsessed. 🤷 We'll take both. Project management software feeds our fanaticism. Over the years, we've juggled business priorities using Basecamp, Asana, and now Bonsai, just a few of the tools out there, and each one served us well as we scaled. Basecamp gave us a home base for client communication, keeping every conversation, file, and to-do in one place everyone could find. Asana sharpened how we managed complex workflows, letting us map out timelines, dependencies, and team responsibilities down to the day. Bonsai now brings it all together, pairing project tracking with the financial side of the business, so proposals, contracts, and campaign timelines live under one roof. A great marketing plan is only as strong as the system behind it and campaigns have a lot of moving parts. Content calendars, creative deadlines, paid media flights, client approvals. Software doesn't replace strategy, but it makes sure strategy actually gets executed, on time and without anything falling through the cracks. Every roadmap we build for a client comes with strategy. When we are the ones actioning it, it comes with a system behind it too. by @agncy29
We’re a little extra thankful today. We’re celebrating Thanksgiving along with our Canadian contractor, Jennifer. Turns out gratitude travels well across borders and we love an excuse to eat turkey and stuffing (pardon us, Canadians, we meant dressing). Happy Thanksgiving to our neighbors up North, and to the people who make us better simply by being part of the team. by @agncy29
Nothing says "we believe in your brand" quite like a hat someone actually wants to wear. Over the years, we've gotten to design hats, tees, scarves, and more for the clients we work with. We’ve seen good merch do something a lot of marketing can't: it turns your customers into your billboard, and they paid nothing to be one. It's marketing people ask for. Nobody requests a follow up email. People request a hat. It travels. A logo on a tumbler goes to job sites, gyms, grocery stores, and gas stations your ads will never reach. It builds identity. Great merch makes your team, and your customers, feel like they're part of something. That kind of loyalty doesn't come from a banner ad. It lasts. A billboard runs for a month. A well-made hoodie runs for years. Swipe through some of our favorites. If your brand doesn't have a signature piece of merch yet, we'd love to help you make one. by @agncy29
October marks the start of harvest, a time to reap what we’ve sown and enjoy the fruits of our labor. But as those in agriculture know, the work never really ends. This is also the time of year when we sit down to start planning for next year. We call it Strategic Planning: an in-person session where your team and ours get into the real numbers. Historical performance. Profit and loss. The goals that matter to your business, not just your marketing. From there, we build your 12-Month Roadmap. Quarter by quarter priorities. Month by month projects. A week-by-week execution calendar with campaign themes, creative needs, target audiences, and expected outcomes. If your next fiscal year needs a strategy behind it (spoiler: yes, it does), let's get the session on the calendar. by @agncy29
Harvest season has us loving local, and honestly, so did this campaign. 🍂🍷 We teamed up with @_nykitchen to bring their 100% NY-Made story to life with "From There to Here." From the farm, the orchard, the vineyard, the place you call home, all roads lead to New York Kitchen, where local food and drink turn into a full blown experience. We zeroed in on the flavors of local pride, the taste of local food, and local wines and craft beverage done right. And the results poured in: 📈 Facebook impressions up 747% 📸 Instagram views up 58% 💻 Website sales up 11% 🛒 Orders up 14% Turns out the backyard's got range. 🌾✨ by @agncy29
🛒✨ The shelf is a battlefield. We design for the win. Great packaging and point of sale assets do more than look good. They stop the scroll of real life: the aisle walk, the quick glance, the split second decision. Color, shape, typography, placement. When we created with @kingbrothersdairy, every element came together to earn a second look and a hand reaching out. That's the work behind the work. Swipe to see it in action 👉 by @agncy29
Dairy Girl Network is hosting the 2026 Forward TogetHER National Conference October 27–29 in Lexington, Kentucky and this is the newest program on the docket! 🐮 Dairy farmer’s daughter, Maureen Ballatori of Agency 29, will join 5th generation dairy farmer, Emily Sol of Hearty Sol (@hearty.sol) for an engaging discussion over dinner. Together, Emily and Maureen will explore what it means to tend the many pieces of a full life. Isn’t that something we’re all looking to do? Their conversation will reflect on what it means to stop chasing the idea of a perfectly balanced life and instead pay attention to what each season is asking of us. You can still get tickets to join in person or virtually! Learn more about the event and the rest of the agenda on the Dairy Girl Network website. by @agncy29
