Here’s another video from my practice — this time from Bosnia 🇧🇦✨ I’m still figuring out how to show the exercises in the best way without always doing the same thing. What would you like to see? I want to share both the places I’m travelling through and my practice, but time is short, so I’m trying to find the best balance. I’d love to hear your suggestions. :) See you soon 🤍 by @agostopilates
My first attempt at sharing my own Pilates practice with you ✨ I think what really represents my classes is the flow. I don’t usually show each exercise individually because, for me, the transitions are essential — they feel almost like a dance. Maybe this one is a little too fast, but I’ll keep learning and getting better at sharing it. See you soon 🤍 #exercise #pilates #vantravel by @agostopilates
A lot has happened over the past few months. 🤍 I’ve been through some difficult moments, with sadness, doubts, and times where I questioned myself and my path. But I’ve also been lucky to meet people who opened doors for me, believed in me, and helped me rediscover my confidence. Thank you, @francesca_carossino for believing in me, encouraging me to keep growing as a teacher, introducing me to Hot Pilates, and trusting me to co-lead a Hot Pilates Teacher Training. Thank you to the studios where I teach for giving me the space to grow, learn, and share what I love. @mindfullife.berlin @ondayogastudio @openstudios__ Thank you to my friends for always being there, to my family for supporting every new dream and path I choose, and to my partner for growing with me and supporting me along the way. I feel grateful, motivated, and excited for everything that is still to come. 🤍 by @agostopilates
Ready to turn your love for Pilates into something bigger? Our HOT PILATES TEACHER TRAINING 2026 in Berlin is for anyone who wants to go deeper into movement, anatomy & modern Pilates teaching: whether you already teach and want to add Hot Pilates to your offer, or you have a strong personal practice and feel the pull toward the front of the room. No trends. Just the kind of presence that lets you build a career for years, not a few seasons. 👀 Early Bird ends tomorrow (23 May 2026): €890 Standard enrollment: €1,090 Instalment option: 2 × €560 (pay per weekend) More info & sign-up on our website! #hotpilates #pilatesteachertraining #pilatesausbildung #pilatesberlin #ondayogastudio by @agostopilates
