Thoughtfully designed. Beautifully experienced. by @ahbreathwork

A little more clarity. More intention. A space of its own. ✨

Meet ah. | Breathwork + Meditation 🌬

Thoughtfully curated group wellness experiences rooted in breath, movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

My journey with meditation and mindful breathing began over 20 years ago through the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Since then, my studies in psychology, somatic practices, and breathwork have deepened that connection.

Today, I'm proud to be the first Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner in the Jackson Metro and Mississippi's only Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator.

Through ah., I bring this experience to studios, organizations, corporate teams, retreats, private gatherings, and communities.

I also collaborate with wellness studios and brands through consulting and creative experience design.

The intention is simple.

Create space to pause, reconnect, and experience something meaningful together.

Sometimes, it all begins with a breath.

Welcome to ah.

Big love,
E ✨ by @ahbreathwork

If you’re looking for local somatic breathwork + meditation experiences in Jackson, Mississippi, virtually, or within the US, welcome. ✨

I’m Elizabeth Ashley, Certified Somatic Practitioner, Soma+IQ Breathwork Practitioner, Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, & Meditation Instructor offering private & group experiences throughout the Jackson metro area, virtually, & across the US.

My group & private coaching sessions bring together breathwork, movement, somatic practices, guided visualization, reflection, and intentional connection.

They’re designed to bring people out of their heads and back into relationship with themselves, each other, and life- this present moment.

Some experiences are quiet and grounding.

Some are expansive.

Some invite reflection, movement, release, creativity, or deeper connection.

But the intention is always the same:

to create a space where you can slow down, feel more present, reconnect with your body, and experience yourself differently.

My work draws from somatics, psychology, breathwork, experiential learning, and years of exploring what allows human beings to feel more alive and connected.

I offer:

• Group Somatic Breathwork Sessions
• Guided Breath + Movement Experiences
• Somatic + Visualization Experiences
• 9D Breathwork Experiences
• Private Groups, Retreats + Community
Gatherings
• Integrative Coaching
• Virtual Group Sessions

I’m glad you’re here. ✨

Follow along for upcoming Jackson-area breathwork sessions, group experiences, gatherings + virtual offerings.

There's something special about experiencing something meaningful together. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of facilitating 9D Breathwork is hearing the conversations afterward.

People talk about feeling calmer, clearer, more energized, or simply grateful they made time for themselves.

But what I love most is the connection.

Everyone has their own experience, yet there's something beautiful about sharing that time and space with others.

That's why I believe so deeply in creating immersive group wellness experiences. It's not just about the session itself. It's about cultivating relationships and what people take away from it.

✨ Bring something new and meaningful to your next gathering, team event, or retreat.

❓️Okay, so what is this anyway?

Picture a guided group experience.

We breathe.
We move.
We use visualization to get real + go deep.
There’s quiet.
There’s connection.

Less thinking about the experience.
More being in it.

❓️Why would I do that?

Because we spend so much time on autopilot.
Thinking. Planning. Reacting. Replaying.

This gives you a chance to notice yourself in real time:
Your feelings.
Your thoughts.
Your responses.
Your needs.

❓️ What do I get out of it?

Awareness that comes with you into everyday life.

It shows up in conversations.
Relationships.
Choices.
How you listen.
How you walk into a room.

❓️Is it woo-woo?

Nope.

You don’t have to believe anything special.
And yes, there’s real science behind breath, attention, body awareness, and how they affect the way we think, feel, and respond.

❓️Is this another wellness trend?

Nope.

I’m not interested in adding another thing to your wellness stack.

I’m interested in your actual life.

The random Tuesday afternoon.
The hard conversation.
The moment you catch yourself reacting.
The choice to pause.
The way you come back to yourself.

We’re not practicing wellness.
We’re practicing being present in our lives.

No experience needed.
I’ve got you through the whole thing.✨️

You've got questions. Let's open a conversation. Message me anytime.

One of my gifts and passions in this world is creating guided group experiences using movement, breath, body awareness, & visualization to help us come back into presence with ourselves, and into deeper connection with the people around us.

Basically, my group experiences get you out of the noise for a little while.

Think moving. Breathing. Noticing. Imagining. Connecting. Shifting your focus a little. And usually seeing or feeling something differently by the time we’re done.

You take away a new tool to help elevate your daily life. Good stuff.

Every group is different, so I don’t do one-size-fits-all.

I shape each experience around the people in the room, why you’re gathering, and what you want the experience to offer.

I love working with corporate teams, community groups, organizations, wellness spaces, retreats, private gatherings, events—pretty much anything cool where people are coming together.

If you bring people together, we can create something really incredible for them.

I’m booking group experiences now throughout the Jackson metro.

If you have something coming up, message me. I’d love to hear what you’re planning. ✨

There was a time I couldn’t imagine this version of myself.

I was scattered, stressed, stretched thin… trying to pour from a body that was whispering for help. Burnout, chronic fatigue, and a nervous system running on fumes were my normal. I didn’t know how disconnected I’d become from my own breath, my own heart, my own life.

But small shifts saved me. Not dramatic reinventions, just quiet choices. Subtle pivots. A hundred tiny ways of coming home again.

Gentle somatic embodiment. Conscious breathing. Movement that softened me instead of punishing me. Sound that nourished instead of numbed. Feeding my body with love instead of leftovers. Honoring my limits instead of overriding them.

Little by little, my system remembered its rhythm. My heart found its voice. My body returned to alignment. And now I get to sit inside moments like this — calm, grounded, attuned — and hold deep, steady space for others in ways I never thought possible.

This life, this ease, this alignment, it’s possible for you too. It’s possible for every person who begins listening to their body’s truth again.

And it’s my heart, my calling, and my great joy to guide others back to that place with gentleness, safety, and compassion.

One breath.
One moment.
One small shift at a time.

Healing, for me, hasn’t been a destination. It’s been a series of moments—some gentle, some confronting—that have shaped who I am becoming.

9D Breathwork has been woven through many of those moments the last few years.

It’s met me in the in-between spaces. The ones where words fall short and something deeper is asking to be felt.

This isn’t something I share because I’ve mastered it.

I share it because I’m still walking it.

And now, it feels aligned to bring this work back into the spaces I create, not as something separate, but as part of the journey I’m already on.

If you’ve been walking your own path of healing, you’ll understand.

And if you’re just beginning, you’re not alone. 🌿 by @ahbreathwork

I keep thinking about what happens when people step out of the usual conversation and into something more intentional.

Not another meeting.
Not another activity.

A chance to slow down.
Connect. Notice. Reflect.

Actually be there.

I witness the shift that happens firsthand each time I guide a group. People slow down, they feel, notice, connect, and have a moment to be fully present.

And hearing what stays with them afterward, in the way they move through their day, relate to others, or come back to themselves, is what keeps me devoted to this.

Experiences that don’t just fill the time.

They deepen connection.
They leave an impression.
They stay with you. ✨️ by @ahbreathwork

Thoughts. A practice. An invitation.

I've been thinking about how much we love the big moment...

The retreat. The workshop. The incredible class. The conversation that cracks something open.

Those moments matter.

But what matters just as much is what happens three Tuesdays later when you're standing in the kitchen irritated with everybody. 😅

Because that's where life actually lives.

I came across a study recently where researchers taught people a tiny embodied practice called self-compassionate touch. I've taken that and added breath.

🌬Here's a version you can try:

Place a hand somewhere on your body that feels natural and comforting.

Slow down.

Take a few deep, slow breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth.

Feel the contact of your hand against your body.

Stay with it for 20 seconds.

That's it.

The study also taught one group to connect the practice to something they already did every day, like brushing teeth or having coffee, so returning to it became easier and more automatic.

Six months later, they were still practicing more often.

This is what embodied practice is for.

The experience isn't meant to stay in the room.

It becomes something you can access in your actual life.

A breath you remember.
A movement your body recognizes.
A song that brings you back.
A hand on your body.
The ability to pause before answering.

I don't create another beautiful hour we just consume and leave behind.

I create experiences that become part of how we live.

Tiny traces. Ways back. Things the body remembers before we have time to make a whole damn project out of it.

The experience is the doorway.

The practice is returning.

I offer immersive group experiences throughout the Jackson Metro & virtually for teams, organizations, wellness spaces, retreats, and private gatherings.
