Men Solo Open Toulouse | PR and National Record 🇲🇷

Running is about more than just crossing the finish line - it’s about the journey, the people, and the moments that make it so special. 🏃‍♂️💙

This weekend, @ahmeddsport ran the #SevillaMarathon, together with @thepinkrunner by his side as his pacer. 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ With 135 marathons of experience, Philippe knew exactly how to guide Ahmed through his second marathon, making every kilometer smoother - team work makes the dream work!

From start to finish, this was a race run together. Huge congratulations to both! 😍👏

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Paris has the best run clubs!

Ton état physiologique évolue. Ton plan aussi.

Une mauvaise nuit. Une récupération insuffisante. Une charge d’entraînement qui s’accumule.

Ton corps change.
