A little appreciation post for this INCREDIBLE woman. 🥹❤️

Just like she does in every pickleball competition and every space she steps into, Aibika came into the CNPL and took it by storm. 🔥

🏆 #1 overall player (men AND women) in the CNPL this season.

🏆 #1 overall player in CNPL HISTORY, based on her season statistics.

🏆 48–16 overall record, with a 75% win rate.

🏆 A winning record at every single season event: 10–2, 7–3, 10–1, 9–1, and 8–3.

🏆 25–3 record in women’s doubles

🏆 Broke the CNPL record for the largest point differential in a single game in women’s doubles

And what makes all of this even more impressive?

Throughout the season, she was put to the test, competing alongside SEVEN different partners. Seven different playing styles, seven different dynamics, and constant adjustments. Yet she still managed to find success with every single one of them.

That says everything about the kind of player she is. Her talent, adaptability, consistency, and ability to elevate the people around her are truly something special.

And beyond the numbers, she’s an incredible teammate, competitor, and human being. I’m so grateful I got to share the court with her this season. ❤️

@officialcnpl , can we PLEASE give this woman the spotlight she deserves?! 👀🏆

Because if this isn’t an MVP-caliber season, I don’t know what is.

This is 42, and I never thought I’d be competing at this age. 🏓
I picked up pickleball 3 years ago after a lifetime of tennis. I’m still learning, still improving, and still loving every minute. Whatever your age, get out there and push yourself. 💪
Huge thanks to Morgan for the coaching, and to Oscar for filming! 🎥

What drills have helped you improve your game? 👇

CHAMPIONS. 🏆

What a day. What a season. What a team.

The London Smash came into the CNPL C4 Championship ready to battle, but what happened today was about so much more than winning a championship. It was about every point fought for, every comeback, every moment of doubt, every celebration, and most importantly, the people who stood together through it all.

These photos were carefully chosen to capture just a little piece of what today felt like. The emotions, the intensity, the joy, the hugs, the celebrations, and the moments that words simply can’t describe.

Because some days become memories. And some memories become part of your story forever.

Today will forever be a part of the London Smash story, and a day that everyone who was part of this journey will carry with them.

We battled together. We believed together. We finished together.

CNPL C4 2026 CHAMPIONS. 🏆

This one is for the team. ❤️

Last night, the CNPL officially kicked off Championship Weekend with its annual Awards Ceremony — a night dedicated to celebrating the incredible players, owners, GMs, and contributors who continue to elevate the Canadian National Pickleball League.

For LONDON SMASH, it was a night we will never forget.

We were incredibly proud and honoured to receive two of the league’s most coveted awards:

🏆 ED SATER — MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Our proud Owner & GM, recognized for his leadership, commitment, and contribution to London SMASH and the CNPL.

🏆 RYAN TORRESIN — PLAYERS’ CHOICE AWARD
Our captain and 2025 CNPL League MVP, now recognized by his fellow players with one of the most meaningful honours in the league.

Ryan’s Players’ Choice Award carries special significance because it is voted on by the players themselves — recognition from his peers for the respect he has earned, the impact he has made, and the incredible level of play he continues to bring to the CNPL.

To receive these two honours on the eve of the CNPL Championship is an incredibly proud moment for our entire organization.

But these awards are bigger than two individuals.

They represent the commitment of our entire team. The sacrifices. The countless hours. The belief in one another. The culture we have built. And every person who has supported London SMASH throughout this journey.

We are proud.

We are grateful.

We are honoured.

But we are NOT FINISHED.

There is still one trophy left. 🏆

The one we have worked toward all season.

The one we came to Waterloo to bring home.

The one that means more than all the others.

Now it’s time to finish what we started.

ONE TEAM. ONE GOAL. ONE MORE TROPHY.

LONDON SMASH. LET’S GO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP. 💥🏆

🏆 THERE’S NOTHING LIKE WINNING AT HOME. 🏠❤️

Three games. Three wins. Zero losses. 🔥

There’s something incredibly rewarding about winning on our home courts, in front of our home crowd, with our community behind us every step of the way.

The energy was unmatched, the team showed up, and we’re proud to represent London right here at home. 💪

3–0. What a way to start the Central Split.
And we’re not done yet. 👊🏓
