1 year of dedication. I decided I was sick of shrinking and felt it was high time to start finally growing after 15 years of restriction. I used to be 175/180lb, dropped to 120lb and then became belemic as I was afraid of weight. Some days the old demons of the diet/model thin culture that was beaten into me as a teen and young adult come creeping back and tell me I've made the wrong decision, but then I carry two 5 gallon water jugs into my house without breaking a sweat and think, nahh!

Week 3 of the PCB diet and today was cheat meal day 🥬🦪🦐. It's definitely been easier this week with the unlocked additions. The main thing I've seen change is my cravings, weight has mostly stayed the same, but I'm mostly doing this for my relation with food and additives.

Fell off the wagon with getting reels put together. Fall seems to be such a busy season for me, so it's really been a juggle getting everything accomplished in one week! Staying consistent at the gym has been ok, but just the rest has really fallen to the wayside 😭😞 by @aimless.lifts
