At Brendan Getzell’s Performance Revue, we are ever vigilant in our drive to create and foster a culture of accountability. No one is above the swift and responsive swing of company policy. It is in this spirit, and that of a certain weekend on which this takes place, that we bring you our fifth installment:

Brendan Getzell’s Performance Revue
“Corporate Punishment”

Martuni’s
4 Valencia St, SF
Saturday, September 26th, at 7pm

- @elizarickman , singer-songwriter extraordinaire, making her return to the SF stage

That’s one, but you may have another... Featured Guest Performer:

- @air_theartist . Air, like the breeze. You can attempt to pronouce it “aaaaahhh (breath sound)”, but we will leave it to them to... correct you.

Your Host Brendan Getzell returns to keep you in line with an power-packed medley, new original music, and mashups that will adhere to our clear guidelines.

A night of performance so solid that no PIP could ever be required of us.

‘Bed By 10’ drag show featuring two Spirit, non-binary, and trans centered drag here in The Town! 🌳 by @air_theartist

We can't wait to hear a whole set from Air the Artist at our first CROONERS showcase this Sunday, April 12! Get your tickets now at the link in our bio for a fabulous evening of queer music and amazing cocktails.

Air is a crossdressing multidisciplinary artist by way of Boston, Massachusetts, where she received her training in the visual and performing arts. Once she moved to San Francisco 3 years ago and found the nightlife community, her training truly began to blossom. The drag bug bit her in her fat ass when she first performed on the Pillows stage and she hasn't looked back. She can now be found singing, acting, being foolish and beautiful through the city, and it's only the beginning. If you ever forget her name, just breath!

You can find Air as the understudy for Nicki and Dixie at the immersive theater performance of Comptons cafeteria riot through June, and at Pillows drag show at Powerhouse.

EnSeanTé interviews Air the Artist!

What's your biggest memory from your last performance at CROONERS?

The biggest memory was bringing my Dickens fair character Charlie Drinkswell to life on the CROONERS stage alongside my Dickens Fair cast mates

What's the energy you're bringing to Stookey's Blue Room?

The energy in the Blue room is unmitigated glamour and Sophisticated whimsy

What's the queerest number you'll be doing on April 12th?

The queerest number I’m doing will be a song I learned in a different language to get a boys attention, Cuerpo y Alma (Body and Soul in Spanish) by @air_theartist
