Hi, I’m Adam. 👋 An AI architect who runs the Surrey Hills and London.
AIthlete Labs is my AI business. We build AI systems and give tech advice to brands, businesses and creators who want to use AI properly.
On here, I test AI on my own training: routes, fuelling, kit and timing, and tell you honestly where it helps and where it hinders. Expect run-tech reviews, collabs, and plenty of Surrey trails.
Let the AI do the thinking, so we can do the running.

AI planned it. I ran it. Swipe for the full story 👉

1️⃣ The Shere 2026 medal from @surreytrekandrun
2️⃣ GPX → AI: past runs, shoes, run type, terrain and elevation
3️⃣ Why I do this: use tech to get outside, not stay in
4️⃣ Back in Shere to say hiya at the shop

20.9 km · 501 m climb · 1:55 moving

Fancy it? Their Shere 42K / 21K / 10K starts and finishes at Shere Rec Ground. The link is in my Story.

Ep 1. I DNF’d an ultra. Now I’m rebuilding for The Lap, 47 miles around Windermere in May, fuelled by @mountainfueluk.

So I built Ask Mountain Fuel, an AI that answers your fuelling questions from Mountain Fuel’s own product info. Today was recovery day, so I asked it what to take. 🧠⛰️

Monday night miles 🌙 Headtorch on, head clear.
AI fact of the day: “artificial intelligence” was coined in 1955, for a summer workshop at Dartmouth. 70 years on, it’s planning my runs.

Something’s lurking in paradise 🎃
Dawn trail run in Loulé → Strava trace = broomstick → AI did the rest 🧹
Run it. Spook it. 👻

how I connect Canva to Claude 🎬
Every AIthlete Labs reel starts as a sentence. Here’s the setup:
1️⃣ Claude app → Connectors
2️⃣ Tap Canva, sign in and allow access
3️⃣ New chat → settings → toggle Canva on
4️⃣ Type the idea. Mine: “Make a reel from my dawn shots”
Claude builds the layout and titles straight into Canva. I keep the human bit: the run, the voice, the final call.
💬 Comment PROMPT and I’ll DM you my exact prompts.
