Birthdays. A day to celebrate those we love and let them know how glad we are they were born. Today we celebrate @aj.glover_ 💙 Happy 21st heavenly birthday. We miss him so much! Let’s give the incredible gift of AJ’s love and spirit to people we encounter today. Play like AJ, Live like AJ, Be a Buffalo, be kind like AJ, inspire like AJ… Easy to give gifts today to people around you and create a ripple that will last a lifetime. Thankful we have hope and the joy of knowing we will see him again one day. #Galatians2:20 @ajgloverfoundation by @ajgloverfoundation
On the eve of what would have been AJ’s 21st birthday, can we ask that you take time this week to be intentional with others? It doesn’t cost YOU anything to be kind. But you may never know the effect you have on someone. Smile Hold a door Text a friend Tell a joke Listen Tell someone you appreciate them Compliment someone Opportunities are all around us. Let’s all try to be intentional as we go about our days. 💙 #becauseofAJ #ripple #smallthing #bigimpact by @ajgloverfoundation
🏇 A CHANGE OF PLANS FOR NIGHT AT THE RACES! 🏇 We have some bittersweet news to share. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person AJ Glover Foundation Night at the Races event scheduled for October 24. While we’re disappointed that we won’t be together for an evening of dinner, drinks, racing, auctions and fun, we’re not ready to call it a night! 😉 We’re changing the game and taking Night at the Races ONLINE! 🎉 We’ve already collected some amazing auction items, so we’re going to put them to good use and host an online silent auction that everyone can participate in from wherever they are. Our goal is simple: keep raising money for the AJ Glover Foundation and continue supporting the work we do in our community. 💙 We’ll be sharing details about the online auction very soon, including how you can bid on some of the great items we had planned for the event. If you purchased tickets, we will be reaching out to you directly with the option to receive a full refund or donate your ticket purchase to the AJ Glover Foundation. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Night at the Races — whether through tickets, sponsorships, donations, auction items or simply spreading the word. We may have changed the venue, but the mission stays the same. 💙 Stay tuned… the races are going online! 🏇💻 #AJGloverFoundation #NightAtTheRaces #OnlineAuction #CommunitySupport by @ajgloverfoundation
