Yeaaaa I did my big one when I created @zubadanaturalbeauty 😍😜✨🧚🏿 once upon a time I wore relaxers, sew ins, and quick weaves on the regular because I couldn’t get my real hair to grow pass my shoulders. BUT knowledge is power and I studied until I learned what is best for my hair and skin and GLOWED up ⬆️ 🥰😍💅🏾😌 my consistent clients see the same progress. Health is wealth. I don’t always eat right but I can guarantee my products are full of vitamins and minerals and supplements we need to look and feel our best. LETS GOOOOOOO!! 😎 by @ajiaz

Definitely my fav set. 😍 I feel so demure and bossy. Thank you @xol3vo and @zubadanaturalbeauty for the rapid growth. 🤩🥰💅🏾✨ #almondnails💅 #frenchtipnails by @ajiaz

I’ve been taking @zubadanaturalbeauty Hair Skin & Nail vitamins since 2019. I won’t lie and say I’m consistent. Honestly some weeks I don’t miss a day and other weeks I only take em once or twice BUT I can clearly see the difference when I do 30 day challenges to be more consistent. My top 3 can’t live without vitamins are HSN, Maca Plus (for hormonal regulation and anxiety) and my Daily Immune which contains a probiotic, elderberry, echinacea and more! Oh and the Omega 3 fish oil is definitely in the top five I’m taking them now. It’s great if you don’t know exactly what to take but wanna help your overall health. Turmeric and ginger is up there too. Magnesium on days I’ve had tell me sleeping and K2 D3 for weeks I’m not feeling my best. What’s your must have vitamin ?? Tell me what you can’t live without. Have you tried any @zubadanaturalbeauty ? Cheers to you. 🥂 #healthiswealth by @ajiaz

On Monday I had the privilege of taking a mental health awareness class presented by NAMI of Mobile and The Drug Education Council, Inc. through The Beauty & Barber Coalition

The class was a bit rough to get through without thinking about a few people close to me who are no longer here bc they felt they had no other way out of the situations they were in.

I learned a lot of things I didn’t know and I was confirmed in a few things like writing being a good therapeutic practice.

What broke my heart most about what I learned was that in the United States of America, every 11 minutes someone commits suicide.

I know people who have had thoughts of suicide and are currently fighting to stay sane. This class equipped me with tools that may help. I am forever grateful for them.

But I didn’t know there were so many resources right here in Mobile.

I’d like to share those here. Please share this post. We never know who needs the resources.

Some ppl are laughing to keep from crying so it’s not always obvious who needs help. by @ajiaz
