2 memorable evenings in NYC with @snatamkaurkhalsa and this beautiful group of volunteers. ❤️

Chanting mantras with Snatam Kaur in 2022 @sivanandabahamas was one of the first times I felt my heart open to something more sublime.

It’s always so special to see her and reconnect. I’m always inspired by her humility, especially given the impact she’s had on so many people. Such a pure heart- so present, playfully childlike, and full of love.

There’s so much to learn from the people we cross paths with, especially those whose presence touches something pure and true within us, reminding us of an even softer, more beautiful side of life and ourselves.

Who do you serve?

If you don’t consciously choose who or what you serve, you might find yourself giving your time, energy, and life to things you never really chose.

This doesn’t necessarily mean changing your job or your circumstances. It starts with getting clear in your mind about who or what you’re really doing it for, and continually reminding yourself of that.

And therein lies your freedom. When you know what you hold highest, other forces lose their hold over you.

Super cool evening collaborating with @sofarnyc at @bhaktimarga_nyc…yoga with @practicewithpaola accompanied by live trumpet and flute by @keenynomari, kirtan with @vidhichander @attspraylove @jaansonchu, and a heartfelt performance by @julesooles. ❤️

A pretty unique blend of movement, music, meditation and community. Love how @sofarsounds brings people together through music in unexpected spaces and ways.

Some moments of joy, peace, and grace from Montreal and Toronto earlier this month. ❤️

Everything is better with the Satguru. Life is just at its peak- you could be doing absolutely anything and somehow it feels like the best thing in the world. 😂

There’s something about being in his presence that elevates your consciousness, whether or not you even have the opportunity for close personal interaction.

And when you let go of expectations and simply focus on being present, loving, and serving, you open yourself to deeper transformation and unexpected moments of grace.

Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful life. ❤️

A week of pure JOY 🤍

Meditating, soaking in the highest wisdom from the Guru, singing and dancing to Divine Names all day, surrounded by people dedicated to love and service, and just CELEBRATING LIFE!

The ashram— the home of the Guru— is the sanctuary for the seeking soul to take shelter, reconnect with the heart, and immerse in the Guru’s love, presence, and teachings. Every path, every corner, every moment reminds you of the highest and what matters.

Guruji continuously shows us what it means to truly celebrate life 🎉 To live completely beyond duality and negativity, sing and dance freely, trust and surrender fully, and love and serve everyone endlessly.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the Just Love Festival such a joyful, diverse, vibrant, and sacred experience. And to all the incredible kirtaniyas, teachers, and volunteers who filled the air and our hearts with devotion and uplifting energy! ❤️‍🔥 🙏🏽

We all have two voices inside of us: the voice of fear, and the voice of love.

This past weekend we held a 3-hour workshop, The Sovereign Self: Awaken Your Inner Voice. It was a deep, intentional journey through Vedic philosophy, breathwork, meditation, guided reflection, and interactive exercises—all designed to help us tune out the noise and finally let our inner voice speak.

It was powerful to witness participants reconnect with deeper parts of themselves, remember forgotten truths, and begin the work of releasing what stands in the way of what they truly want out of life.

The real magic, however, happened in the connection. Everyone showed up with such sincerity, curiosity, and vulnerability that the collective energy became truly inspiring and transformative 🔥

Stay tuned for more such sessions as we continue this journey of diving within and building a life of alignment, purpose, and fulfillment.

Tried my hand at art with the best artist I could learn from (aka my mom).

I’ve always thought peacock feathers are one of the most beautiful creations, right up there with the human eye. Maybe that’s next.

This amateur piece will go to someone special. If you’re smart, you know who 😜

Life with a Satguru.

The past week in Mexico was truly the best of both worlds- the perfect vacation getaway and precious time with Guruji.

It often feels like Guruji is a mix of a Saint, mystic, and an eccentric Renaissance figure. One moment he is painting passionately or singing ecstatically, and the next he is teaching, healing, performing miracles and showing us how to love God.

He moves through it all with such a radiant intensity, pouring out love to a whirlwind of devotees around him while enjoying every single moment of life to the fullest.

It’s impossible to ever understand the Satguru with the mind. One can only be infinitely grateful to be a part of his world, soak in his grace, and trust the process. 🌊

It’s often said you’re a reflection of the people you associate with. If you want to excel in business or sports, you surround yourself with the best in those fields.

The spiritual path is no different. If you want to realize yourself and grow spiritually, you surround yourself with people who have a similar hunger and inspire you to become a better version of yourself.

These are some recent moments from April with Sangha (spiritual family) ❤️ so grateful for this community.

Looking around the room, I sometimes find it funny how little we have in common externally 😝 But there’s so much love between us because we’re tied by something much deeper: the desire to awaken, to love, to serve, and a shared love for our Guru.

It is such a blessing to have the opportunity to serve the community together through a spiritual center in the heart of NYC. The amount of internal joy this journey has already brought me is tough to put into words.

This is the Grace of the Guru, who gives you a home for the soul and the chance to move beyond working for personal gain. He gives you what you’re truly looking for without you even realizing it. How to describe such a jewel! ❤️

Kirtan {Devotional Music} is a lively spiritual practice that invites us to step into a space of inner and outer reverence and devotion.

The nature of kirtan is to unite us as community.
We are grateful to @jordanlodermusic & @luna.spadeaa for sharing their voice and energy at Bhakti Marga NYC this past weekend. 🙏🏼🤍

Jai Gurudev!
