POSTS STORIES REELS

Hey! Remember the time, when we.....posted the wrong Herbert crew photo?

Welll, we do too and while it was an honest mistake, we do want to show our gratitude to our 2026 crew. We couldn't have done it without you. 🐶 Thanks for having in there and we hope to see you again! by @akdogtour

Just your average commute: one helicopter, one glacier, and one very relaxed sled dog. 🚁🐾 Featuring our wonderful partners at @northstarhelicopters by @akdogtour

2026 season wrap-up, finale! 🎉 Last but never least, the Denver Glacier camp crew. To all four camps: thank you for a season we won't forget. See you on the ice next year! ✨ by @akdogtour

2026 season wrap-up, part 3 of 4! The Herbert Glacier camp crew, everyone. Long days, big views, and a whole lot of husky hugs. We couldn't do it without you. 🐶 by @akdogtour

2026 season wrap-up, part 2 of 4! Say hello to the Norris Glacier camp crew. They handled the dogs, the weather, and every "wait, we're really on a glacier?!" moment with style. 🏔️ by @akdogtour

2026 season wrap-up, part 1 of 4! ❄️ Meet the Mendenhall Glacier camp crew: the folks who kept the dogs happy, the guests smiling, and the trails ablaze all summer. Thank you for an incredible season! 🐾 by @akdogtour

Dog sledding on a glacier is only half the adventure. 🐾❄️

The journey back is pretty spectacular, too. 🚁🐕️✨

Check out this incredible view as our guests take to the skies, leaving one of our Dog Camps after an unforgettable excursion on the glacier! 🏔️🐾 by @akdogtour

Snow, sunshine, and a whole lot of wagging tails 🐕️ ❄️ There’s nothing quite like experiencing Alaska alongside some happy sled dogs! by @akdogtour

A face this cute deserves all the attention. 🐶💕

Sweet enough to melt your heart, spirited enough to fly down the trail. These sled dogs really do have the best of both worlds! 🐾❄️ by @akdogtour

Sometimes all it takes is a new perspective 📸 🏔️

Check out this gorgeous view from the Norris glacier! Photos don't nearly do justice to showcase the size of this vast & beautiful landscape. by @akdogtour

Nothing like a puppy appreciation post to add some paws-itivity to your day! 🐾 🐶 by @akdogtour

Meet Nate, one of our mushers and camp manager of our Denver glacier camp!🏔️🐕️🛷

Coming in from the Northeast Kingdom in Vermont, Nate had his start with Alaska Icefield Expeditions nearly 20 years ago! His years with us here at Alaska Icefield Expeditions brought him many adventures, including meeting his now wife on the glacier back in 2012. Another fun fact for Nate is he prefers sprint racing versus long distance racing with his dogs! by @akdogtour
