What if we had an ALL MOM panel this Sunday for the wildest comedy show in New Orleans? WHAT 👏 IF 👏??? by @akeylabeefunny

I never imagined she would be this magical. That God saw fit to choose me as her mommy. I love her in all her stages. When I cough & she says “bless you” & pats me on my back. 😢 when a song comes on & she dances so awkwardly but so confidently I realize she gets that from me 😂 even now when you have a attitude or cry it doesn’t last long & you calm yourself down. I be so impressed. can’t wait to watch you grow up. To my lil pumpkin dumpling… HAPPY 2nd Born day Nola Lyn #Nola #birthdaygirl #mommiesgirl #loveofmylife 💜 by @akeylabeefunny

A week after giving birth to my baby girl I was diagnosed with eclampsia 😭 I just wasn’t feeling well. My feet were so swollen I couldn’t fit my shoes. I had chest palpitations & my head was knocking like a rock band was playing in it. (All symptoms of eclampsia) 🤦🏾‍♀️ I thank God for my wonderful man who drove like a bat out of hell getting me to the emergency room. When I got there my blood pressure was 173/100. For all my former nursing school classmates you know I was one step away from a seizure. BUT GOD….
I’m so happy the staff at Touro hospital took care of me the way they did. The nurses & doctors treated me as a top priority & I was able to come back home & be with Nola. Outside of my hospital room was a painting of my moms favorite flower “Birds of Paradise”. I know she was watching over me from heaven. 😇 I get it now. Why she sacrificed so much. Why she loves me so hard. I truly get it now. 😢 I’m so grateful to God that my circumstances were not worse because woman have lost their lives due to eclampsia. Thank you for all your prayers & well wishes along this journey. I Appreciate you. & I would do it all over again just to see her & be her mommy. She is my twin. She is my rainbow 🌈 baby. A true Angel sent from above & I am forever grateful she chose me as her mom. #GodisAmazing #missingmymama #Nola #ImAMommyNow #blessedbeyondmeasure by @akeylabeefunny

From nausea to Nurturing
Vomiting to Victorious
Scared to Sacredness
Self love to Sacrifice
Loneliness to Lineage
I loved you before I met you
I already feel so protective of you
I would fight a Lion for you
Not a cub either like a BIG lion
I’ve dreamt of you countless nights
Preparing for you before I met your father
You’re our rainbow baby
Can’t wait to meet you my love
