The viral Salmon Sushi Bake for dinner.
It was so simple and so good.

Ingredients:
* salmon
* imitation crab (if you want to add)
* rice
* seaweed (or furikake)
* green onion
* sesame seeds

1. Soak salmon in cooking sake for 30 min to get the fishy smell out (*optional steps)
2. Season salmon with salt pepper and garlic powder, then oil it up (or you can use your favorite seasoning here instead if that’s too boring for you)
3. Cook in the oven at 400°F (205°C) for 12-15 minutes
4. Make sushi rice while you wait for the salmon to cook. Add 3 cup cooked white rice + 2 tbsp rice vinegar.
5. Add 5 oz cream cheese, 4 tbsp mayo, and 2 tbsp sriracha to cooked salmon and mix. (add imitation crab here if you want to mix that in also) *make sure you peel the skin off if you’re using skin-on salmon.
* also optional, but adding sesame oil enhances fragrance and flavor in my opinion.
5. Layer them: rice goes on the bottom, seaweed (or use furikake if you prefer) on top, then salmon mix
6. Into the oven again at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes.
7. Sauce it up with spicy mayo, yum yum sauce, soy sauce, eel sauce, whatever sauce you prefer.
8. Wrap with seaweed and enjoy!
