POSTS STORIES REELS

Life has a funny way of throwing turbulence your way, but every now and then you get a moment that reminds you you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

From being a kid frequenting the same studios as people I looked up to, to now being recognised as one of those names… that’s not lost on me.

And sometimes a moment as simple as hearing a crowd sing back a lyric to you can affirm a lot. In that moment, those words rung so true “I’ve got everything I need” and I was exactly who I wanted to be.

Big love to @essahiphop & @jfelixmusicuk for the invite. Congrats on the new album, it’s a great one.🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

My album is fully recorded…🎧

If you’re coming on the journey, drop a ✈️ below and I’ll send you the link to where we’re congregating before boarding.

📢 🚨Big News!🚨

I’m honoured to announce I’ve been selected as part of the POWER UP Year 5 cohort by @prsfoundation @timetopowerup_ 🙏🏾✨

POWER UP is all about championing Black music creators and tackling racial disparities in the music industry — and now I’m officially one of the supported Music Creators.

This is a standout moment in my journey. I’ve looked on in awe at previous recipients and how the support helped amplify their vision but beyond that helps to impact a wider community of associated creatives. To now be among that group is humbling and wildly exciting.

This means more music, collaborations, and deeper connections with the audience that’s been rocking with me so far 💥

Let’s just say… you’re going to be seeing A LOT more. More stories. More soul. More emotion. 🎶😉

Thank you to PRS foundation, all the partners and beyond that everyone who’s helped me get to this point.

Also a massive congratulations to my fellow participants! 🫡

Let’s GO. 🔌🖤 #TIMETOPOWERUP

You know the saying… if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

Safe to say I picked a lane with this one 😂

The process of making this album has been incredible, and even more so because I’ve been able to build with such talented people who’ve helped bring these songs to life.

Had the absolute pleasure of linking with @sincerelywilson and @bluelavendermusic . Hearing them sing these records back, adding depth and soul to words I once wrote in silence… that was a real emotional moment.

Grateful beyond words. We’re nearly at the finish line now, and I can’t wait for these songs to meet the world.

Album season is coming… are you ready to take this journey with me? 👀👇 by @aksonline

“So ’til they feel something, there ain’t no chill button…”

Ha!…What you don’t see is me having a serious chat with myself before grabbing the mic. 😂

Still grateful I got to come through and do this. 🙏🏾

You might start seeing me popping up outside a little more again… got something loading. 👀✈️
