The Homecoming Retreat is a carefully curated three-hour experience designed to quiet the mind, soften the body and guide you gently back to yourself.

Held in the evening light of midsummer, beneath the energy of the approaching Buck Moon, this intimate retreat invites you into a sensory journey of movement, stillness, sound and restorative ritual.

The Homecoming Retreat will be held at Reset Wild Spa, a unique outdoor spa experience in Tring.
It provides a serene and rejuvenating environment to allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in relaxation and wellness. The Spa experience includes ice baths, sauna and relaxation spaces hidden amongst nature.

I’m taking part in The Eve Appeal’s trek up Mount Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa).

The challenge will be taking place on Saturday 6 June 2026. I’ll be following the Llanberis Path to the summit, taking in the stunning scenery of Snowdonia’s National Park. During this truly unforgettable experience I’ll be raising much needed funds and my way of honouring Christine Lee Walsh an incredible friend who lost her battle with ovarian cancer on 14th February 2025 after a gruelling 5 year battle. She leaves behind a beautiful family. I can’t begin to tell you how incredible she was. Chrissie was fucking funny, generous, smart, lively, naughty, thoughtful, kind, brave, optimistic, forgiving, LOVING, loyal - a true light that entered any room. There’s actually not a day I don’t think about her - especially right now. THANK YOU to all who’ve donated. LINK IN MY BIO - please support this and help fund research and early detection. There are 5 gynae cancers; ovarian, cervical, valval, vaginal & womb. Today 60 women will hear the devastating news that they have a gynae cancer - 22 of them will die. The Eve appeal raises money for much needed research, early screening and more.

It would mean so much if you could support my challenge. I fully appreciate that times are financially tough right now. However small - it will make a difference. Save a woman’s life and the pain this causes so many families and friends.

Happy 14th to my boy Alfie. You’re the funniest person I know, the kindest and most thoughtful kid, a loving son, brother, cousin, grandson and friend.
