Weeks 1 and 2 done - Stacking days with our NFL Combine group.

The combination of talent from @sanford_perform, @i.o.sportstherapy and @rep1_football creates a culture solely focused on the benefit and betterment of the athlete. We all have the same set of goals: Get great guys in the building, assess their strengths and shortcomings, and surround them with resources for success on and off the football field. Once that is settled, these guys perform, replenish, recover and repeat.

Thankful to be apart of this team, the best is yet to come thanks to the hard work this team puts in day in and day out.

Shoutout to @odalys_braids for getting my hair right! by @alan.smolgovsky

Spent the last 4 months learning and growing under some of the most insightful and intelligent people in the business. Huge thank you to everyone at @p3sportscience for taking me in & all the growth / connections that came from the process. Blessed to have you all as mentors, colleagues and friends.

Leaving is bittersweet, but I am happy to officially announce that I will be returning back to school in the Fall to pursue a Masters in Kinesiology - Biomechanics at Cal State Fullerton! The hustle continues, more blessings all 2021! by @alan.smolgovsky

“The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they do.”

Blessed to see my Kobe year. I appreciate all those who been with me & those who are still to come. Foot on the gas, hardest workers in the room, just like Kob taught us 💜Mamba Mentality & Humble Hustle all 2021

With that being said, as of earlier this month, I have been accepted as a Sports Biomechanics intern at @p3sportscience in Santa Barbara. Blessed to see this opportunity and begin my journey through a career in sports science, working with amateur and professional athletes alike, including Luka Doncic, Brandon Ingram, Bud Dupree, etc. Extremely appreciative to the P3 family & ready to go to work first thing in April! by @alan.smolgovsky
