Wholesome 🫶 by @alana_digby

Over the weekend we celebrated two major milestones, this great man, our dad, and nanu turned the ripe age of 80 years, whilst also turning the lights off to his office, Digby’s Boutique for the final evening, in 52 years.

Happiest of birthdays to our dad, our “da” “mummy’s dad” (as Alfie calls it), and probably the best title, “Nanu”
Eighty years.. wowsers. You’ve seen it all, you’ve lived through decades of evolution, trends, recessions. You’ve also set trends, influenced a standard adding value to not only people’s wardrobe - but to their psyche.

You bring the old school, gentleman morale with a millennial upgrade. You’ve never been a “fuddy duddy” by no means, infact, one of THE coolest cats around.

Opting for humility always, your not one to boast or brag, never excessive, never a wank, never overindulgent which has been the secret sauce to your success.

Your energy is contagious. Your vibe is electric. Strangers are drawn to you, despite flying under the radar you very quickly become the main event in a crowded room.

We are SO proud of you, for the legacy you have forged, and the new life of being present, you are creating.
We are so grateful for you, and so grateful to have you, here’s to you, here’s to your next season- we are here for it! ♥️ by @alana_digby

NINE 🤍 MONTHS

Happy nine months to our darling boy, Bobby, our littlest love. 🥰

Your personality is really shining through now, you little sweetheart, your such a good baby boy, you have stolen and melted all of our hearts 🥹🤍

We absolutely adore you Bob! Your Little quirks, your Tantrums, that infectious smile and piercing baby Blue eyes… ✨

We love how you love your big brother, we love how you find your Mumma and daddy in a crowded room, we love how you hold our finger tight, how you breathe a sigh of relief when Mumma hugs you, we love that you know you are so loved, and so safe. 🙌

Grateful and so honoured to be their mumma. We got SO lucky by @alana_digby

I have spent the best part of two decades chasing love, settling for the wrong love.. love that hurt, love wired with conditions.. love that left me feeling lonely, alone and empty.

And then this happened. The most purest, most genuine, unconditional love that I birthed. My very own little love monkeys.

Finally, a love that loves back.
A love that is unconditional
A love perfectly wired
A love that saturates my entire heart, and makes me feel whole.

A love(s) that is mine and finally feels like home. ❤️🙏 by @alana_digby

Today, August twenty ninth, we celebrated the ninety seventh birthday of our beloved and adored Nana / “Big” nana (as Alfie calls it!) 🌸

This birthday was EXTRA speciale as this birthday we celebrated the precious gift of life, and how blessed and grateful we as a family are to still be able to have this great human in our presence, being all together as a family, and capturing a moment with her five great grandchildren 🙏

Nana, is only just recovering from a stroke only 6 weeks ago, which affected the right hand side of her body, leaving her speechless and incoherent for the first 24 hours, leaving us heartbroken as we all felt this could be the end of our nana as we know it. But, as the drs said, “she’s tough and strong” and here we are today… 🙌

Remarkably and miraculously, she has come leaps and bounds with her recovery, she acknowledges things are just “different” but has accepted her new normal. God bless her, but as I reminded her today, we could have been celebrating your bday very differently this year, let’s be grateful for what we have 🫶

Time should never be taken for granted, even though we do.

Time is a luxury, it’s a privilege and an honour, not an entitlement.

We never know when we will hit our magic number, but for now, enjoy life, be present, show love, show kindness, and soak up these moments and stop sweating the small stuff.

Happy birthday to our sweet nana 🫶🌟 🙏 ps thank you to the wonderful @thebutchersdaughterscakes for the most beautiful and delish creation. Truly the best cakes on the peninsula! by @alana_digby

There’s been alittle too much rain 🌧️ of late, that has distracted me from the most purest and most beautiful sunshine ☀️

These moments. These memories. These cuddles. These laughs. These kisses. Forged in my big heart forever. ♥️ by @alana_digby

This is a very belated birthday post to our very special little lady, Miss Goldie girl! 💛⭐️

Celebrating nine years with our special little angel. 👼

Goldie, you are a living doll. The most beautiful Little human both inside, and out. God had a very clear message when he created you, a beautiful and sweet, caring and loving, selfless little angel.

Goldie you have such an adventurous spirit and inquisitive nature. You are captivating, engaging and kind, with an enormous heart, that loves to love, and loves to be loved, and that you are baby girl! ♥️

You steal the hearts of anyone that crosses your path, always leaving people wanting just alittle more of our Goldie girl.

Your strength, determination, resilience and courage is beyond admirable, we are all so proud of you and in awe of you. 👏

You have endured more in your sweet 9 years than most have in a lifetime, always taking it in your stride, with such grace and honour. 🫶🥹

Like all of us, we wish we could re write your narrative and make things easy for you, but this is your journey, guiding us and showing us the way, and in turn, we are with you every step of that journey in our never ending pursuit to find a cure.🙏

Happy birthday to our sweet angel we are grateful for you, we love you with all of our heart .

Vlog with six-month-old Bobby. 👶❤️

This little cutie spent the afternoon at Hux HQ with his wonderful mum, Alana, and his grandmother, who turned out to be the biggest cheerleaders and long-time Hux fans. 🥹Bobby arrived wearing head-to-toe Hux pieces and we were all melting. 💕

Alana’s nappy bag was giving serious Mary Poppins vibes. 😂It seemed to contain everything a mum could possibly need.

We asked her for her must-have nappy bag essentials, and she can’t leave the house without:

✔️ @lingotheflamingo_ teething toy
✔️ @tonies_anz audio player
✔️A classic Hux Fur Beanie (because it goes with everything)

👜Question Hux fam - What’s one thing you never leave the house without in your nappy bag?

Bobby was the best little model, and honestly, this family felt like a warm hug. Thank you for making our day @alana_digby

Our boy is 6 months! My goodness how time flies when you are having fun!

Our sweet little, blonde Bobby. We adore you so much! With those piercing baby blue eyes, that infectious smile and adorable little chuckle, it’s no wonder we have called you “smiles” as you are always happy and smiling!

The joy you have brought into our lives is simply unmeasurable.

Our cups are overflowing, our hearts are exploding and our family is complete.

Thank you sweet boy, for choosing us. We would have chosen you a gazillion times over.

Happy bday Bobby boy 💙 by @alana_digby
