after 11 years, I’ve made the incredibly emotional decision to pass the next chapter of cheveux studio on to someone new

cheveux has never just been a salon to me. it has been my first child in so many ways. something I built from the ground up and watched grow alongside me through every season of my life

over the years, I’ve had three babies, been through some of the most beautiful moments of my life and some of the hardest, and through it all, cheveux has been there

these four walls hold 11 years of memories, and some of the most special friendships I could have ever asked for. so many clients have become lifelong friends and I will forever be grateful for every person who has walked through the doors and been part of this journey

but now, my family and my health need more of me, and I feel ready to take a step into a new chapter of my own

so, with a very full heart, cheveux studio is officially for sale 🤎

this is such a special business with so much love, history and potential, and I would love to see it continue to grow under someone who feels as passionate about it as I have been

all of the details are in the video, and for serious enquiries, please get in touch

thank you for 11 incredible years. I’ll always be so proud to call cheveux mine

Proof that loving reformer Pilates and looking graceful while doing reformer Pilates are two VERY different things 😆

We swapped our usual pilates gear for loud shirts last week as @the.space.pilates got behind Loud Shirt Day in support of our local legend @raising_mini_dutkas and her fundraising efforts.

I absolutely love seeing a local business use its space and community to help one of its own raise awareness for something so important.

Olivia has already smashed her fundraising goal, which is amazing, but there’s still time to donate until the end of October if you’d like to help her keep that number climbing you’ll find a link in her bio

And as for the Pilates footage…

We talk a LOT about how much we love reformer, so please enjoy some visual evidence that loving it does not mean we’re effortlessly floating through every class.

Some exercises are fighting for my life territory, and apparently there is no flattering camera angle for all reformer positions.

But I will happily continue being an unofficial advertisement for giving it a go.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a reformer class at The Space shoot me a DM and I’ll send you a sneaky link by @alanahdray
