An outstanding dinner that perfectly showcased Chef Diego Guerrero’s vision for casual dining . Every dish was beautifully balanced, highlighting exceptional ingredients, refined technique, and clean, vibrant flavors.

From the creative small bites and the incredible omelette, eggplant with tahini to the perfectly cooked seafood rice, grilled seabass, and comforting meatballs, every course was memorable. A modern Spanish dining experience that feels elegant without ever losing sight of the product.

Congratulations to Diego and the entire team for such a fantastic experience. If you’re in Istanbul, Abelia is a must-visit. Thanks to chef @blockbonn for the great concept !! @gokmensozen

Chengdu, a city that captured my heart ❤️
From its iconic pandas to its vibrant food culture, Chengdu has been a truly unforgettable experience. Every corner of this city tells a story. The incredible gastronomy, rich traditions, beautiful streets, and the warmth and kindness of its people make Chengdu one of the most special places I’ve visited. As a chef, experiencing the flavors of Sichuan cuisine in its birthplace has been both inspiring and humbling.

What made this journey even more meaningful was sharing it with my wife, @alejandrasanchez88 @alejandrasanchezsugiere , and my dear friend and chef @cesarloranka . Together, we created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you @juliusmeinlofficial for make this happen again !

Chengdu is more than a destination—it’s a feeling, a culture, and a city that welcomes you with open arms.

A city I truly love and can’t wait to visit again. ❤️ by @alejandrasanchezsugiere

Visiting @donjulioparrilla is much more than going to a steakhouse — it’s a true culinary experience.

Without a doubt, the best meat restaurants in the world. The quality of the product is impeccable, the beef is perfectly cooked with extraordinary precision, and every dish reflects deep respect for Argentine tradition.

But what makes this place truly exceptional is the service. Warm, professional, and attentive in a way that is rare to find, not only in Argentina but across all of Latin America.

From the bread and the chimichurri, to the incredible cuts of meat and the beautiful wine selection — every detail is thoughtful and authentic.

A unique experience that celebrates great product, craftsmanship, and hospitality at the highest level.
