a lil summer ‘23 recap ✨

this summer felt so quick, reflecting back I realize I was living in the present so often that it got away from me a bit. but that’s the way to live ❤️‍🔥

I turned 30, I did yoga teacher training, I got promoted, my favorite person in the entire world died (miss you every single day grandma!)
I had fun, I studied, I focused, I had hardships.

overall I’m filled with gratitude for this life and for the people surrounding me.
