🚨 SIOUX FALLS EAST — MEET YOUR NEW HEAD COACH Alex Murrell 🚨 We are SO excited to officially welcome Alex as the new Head Coach of Krave Gym Sioux Falls East! Alex is a former college football player originally from California who came to Sioux Falls to play football at the University of Sioux Falls — and thankfully, Sioux Falls became home! Toward the end of his college career, Alex realized one of the things he loved most about being an athlete was the training, coaching and TEAM environment. That passion led him into the fitness industry, where he's spent the last two years coaching and personal training. When we asked Alex why he wanted to be part of Krave, his answer immediately stood out: "I believe in the mission. As a former athlete, I see the value in having a team environment with structure that's the complete opposite of a commercial gym. I love that there's a gym where training like an athlete is normalized." Alex is excited to build a culture where athletes are bought in, teammates hold each other accountable, coaches continue to grow, and most importantly — people feel cared for and get results. Outside of the gym, Alex enjoys reading, cooking and traveling! We couldn't be more excited for this next chapter at Krave Sioux Falls East and for Alex to lead this TEAM. Sioux Falls — make sure you introduce yourself when you see him and help us give Coach Alex a BIG Krave welcome! 👏 It's time to get to work. 💪 TEAM. COACHING. RESULTS. LIFTWJESUS.com • Online store in Bio 🔗 “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭9‬ #TrustGod #TrustGodbro #faitoverfear #faithovereverything christianclothing taken in Sioux Falls, South Dakota by @kravegym_siouxfallseast
