K, be honest how many of you resonated with like 75% of my story because I know I’m not alone…

I feel as if it’s all been said in this cutie post, so I’ll leave at…

I can’t wait to show you how good life and business can be - when what you do isn’t your whole fucking personality. by @alexacoaches

She’s live, welcome to Ridiculous Conversations!

A monthly, free, live community conversation where the focus is to break the monotony of every day business building and ask better questions, have harder conversations and think fucking bigger - because that is when the magic happens.

Inside of RC, you can expect questions that make you squirm because they require you to think so outside of your comfort zone, conversations that we are avoiding in the online space because well, it’s not sexy marketing but they are absolutely crucial to the growth of your business and a room full of bad ass women all there ready to link arms and rumble with you in the stickiness of it all.

The health, growth and upward trajectory of your business is directly mirrored in the conversations you are having and I bet in your coaching programs and in your every day life it sounds something like this…

“What content should I post?”
“What should the branding be for this next launch?”
“What the fuck am I even launching this quarter?”
“How do I make my mark this year?”

Questions you know the fucking answers to but for some reason (comfort) you keep circling back around and back around. (Just do it already!)

The repetitive messaging of this space is stunting your need to think bigger, to stay plugged into possibility and to keep pushing forward your vision.

Everything I have achieved in my business - not just the money but the weekends offline, the sabbaticals, the leadership - that has all happened because I asked questions and had conversations no one else was having or asking but I wanted it, I wanted to know what life and business could look like done different - no matter how ridiculous it sounded, I wanted it.

That is what I want RC to be, a place to ask the ridiculous questions, the question you are too scared to say out loud because you know the answer will change everything - I’m so fucking excited.

Our first live community call is October 29 at 8am AEDT and I promise EU baddies it will be worth the late bed time, comment RIDICULOUS to receive the sign up link or just head to the link in my bio!

FUCK PERFECT, I WANT TO BE RIDICULOUS. by @alexacoaches

May we never be afraid to give ourselves what we need…

In this space it can feel almost impossible to step away, take a breath and unplug without your next immediate thought being but the launch, but the sales, but the momentum.

I was feeling that last week. (Mercury in retrograde in my mother fucking 10th house mhm yes ma’am)

And then a friend invited me back into my standards - take the break, a week offline isn’t going to do shit to your launch - I mean hello, I’m the “sign the fuck off and breathe” girl but even I forget sometimes.

But as I did indeed log off and breathe, paint, cook, stalk baby owls as they rested with their mom (no I’m not okay and can’t stop visiting them), I remembered that giving ourselves what we need is always a win, it is always the strategy, it is always the thing we must never fear because everything we want rests in our own well being, in our own self connection, in our ability to take a deep breath, not be perceived for a few days and to create, to write, to do without any check out links on the other side.

As leaders this is even more imperative - to be fearless in our own nourishing, to be vigilant in our connection to self, to be kinda psychotic about the channel being clear. Not for business sakes solely but just because it is when we feel our best - it is what we say we believe and integrity is everything as leaders.

On day 3 of no social media, my mind was mine again - quiet, at peace and precise and I threw a few days on after that just cause mama was enjoying her time offline.

I don’t know when we learned to fear coming home to ourselves but if you need the break - fucking take it - I know, it is the end of the year and the launch and the dollars - I promise you will strike with precision far better when you return well, happy, rested, fed, fucked - whatever you need.

Love you. by @alexacoaches

If you have a voice you can do anything.

Make $1,000,000, tear down regimes, change culture, build a community, change lives, find yourself in situations you only ever dreamt of and it all hinges on your voice.

And your voice is your leadership out loud - it is the byproduct of your own understanding and connection to what you are here to do and say and build.

If you have a big vision and big shit to say that means - and this is a good thing - you have the delightful responsibility of excavating that voice and leadership and having the stomach and bravery to share it with the world.

Everyone has “good” ideas but not everyone has the guts to articulate what they mean and share that shit without caveat, without watering it down, without flinching.

But that is the kind of leaders this space needs and I know that is the kind of leader you want to be - one we see as solid, certain and the leader who knows her shit back to front.

That’s where your reputation lives, that’s where you’ll be chosen over other people in your space, that is where your legitimacy lies.

Inside of One of One, we spend 2 months (yes, 2) excavating and running your leadership and voice through a fine mesh sieve so that you know exactly what you are here to say and in the next 2 months of One of One, we practice showing up and saying it with conviction.

One of One is the space you join when you are ready to become a leader in your space because you are ready to say what you mean and put your life’s best work out in the world, period point blank.

Doors open to the waitlist November 18, get your cute butt in there. by @alexacoaches

Building what you want “with ease” will be simply about what your relationship looks like with effort.

For example if you want to be a famous, wealthy, well known author but hate writing and the writing process well then… do you actually want to be a writer?

Another example if you swear up and down you’re a creative but never make time to do creative shit - do you actually want to be a creative?

ITS THE SAME WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

We all want the cash but do you want the responsibility, the rich and delicious process that comes with it - if the answer is no - well then I’d recheck with what you say you want and instead look at what you are willing to hold instead.

Ease is a mindset, a relationship, not a magic formula. by @alexacoaches

Let me say it again, “the people who are winning, the most successful people in this space are not the people who are doing things the most perfect, but they are the people who are doing things most bravely.” by @alexacoaches

You know you have good ideas but you know what would make them great? What would make them stand head and shoulders above the rest?

Questioning them.
Developing them.
Tearing them apart.

I work with leaders on developing their voice, body of work and thought leadership and every single one of them has undergone developed ideologies - every single one has good ideas that they barely understand themselves because they’ve never taken the time to understand their own thoughts…

Having a good idea is step #1 - being known, followed and a paid because of your thoughts is taking the time to develop those ideas so you can have a richer, deeper body of work.

We do all of that inside of One of One - my 4 month group program that helps you give your leadership real shape and certainty so you can lead us into the future.

What would require radical bravery this week? A prompt I’m sitting with once a week.

I want a huge fuck off life and the bargain for that is huge fuck off bravery - who’s with me? by @alexacoaches

Luckily, for you, we do all of this inside of One of One…

Inside of One of One your leadership is given shape through excavation, question asking and finally taking the time to develop your thoughts and ideas - beyond your own mind.

Inside of One of One I act as a mirror for your ideas, your thought leadership, the movement you want to build and we finally work together to give it shape and clarity so that you can start building that shit with far more precision and resonance.

Deposits open next week to the waitlist only, 9 spots left. Link in my bio to jump on the waitlist 🌟✨ by @alexacoaches

Where do your ideas find legitimacy?
With likes, comments and shares?
Do you still like and back your ideas even after they flop?

The legitimacy you are waiting for will be found within yourself. Outsourcing your validation as a leader, and as a creator is a slippery slope to burn out but to also dimming your own trail blazer fire.

Innovative ideas won’t pop at first THEY JUST WONT we must be the ones who see the value even when no one gives a crap.

KEEP GOING BABES! by @alexacoaches
