Time will pass… and one day, when you look back, you’ll realise that what truly mattered wasn’t what you owned or achieved, but how present you were in the lives of the people you love. ❤️

The beautiful moments, the laughter, the hugs, the adventures, and the memories you created together. Those are the things that truly matter.

Because when we leave this world, we take nothing material with us. But we leave behind something far more precious: the memories that will live forever in the hearts of our children and the people who loved us.

At the end of the day, life isn’t about what we accumulate. It’s about the love we share and the beautiful memories we leave behind.

Live, love, be present, and create memories. Because time passes, but love remains. ❤️.

Viva, ame, esteja presente e crie memórias. Porque o tempo passa, mas o amor permanece. ❤️✨

Decido me presentear, me cuidar, me amar e admirar a mulher que me tornei. 💃❤️✨

Bom dia, vida! ☀️🥰

🇬🇧 ENGLISH

I choose to be happy! ❤️ I choose to dance, smile, have fun, and enjoy every moment with the people I love the most. I choose to treat myself, take care of myself, love myself, and admire the woman I’ve become. Because life is too short to put happiness on hold. My happiness is my choice, and today I choose to be happy! 💃❤️✨

It’s Sunday, and here I am working out in my bathroom! 💪🔥😂

Because when you have DISCIPLINE, FOCUS and DETERMINATION, any little space can become your gym!

It doesn’t matter what day it is or where you are. What matters is showing up for yourself and never giving up!

DISCIPLINE
FOCUS
ACTION
RESULTS 🔥

No excuses! I made a promise to myself, and I’m keeping it! ❤️💪

🥗💪❤️ Taking care of your body starts with the choices you make every day!

Today, I chose a delicious chicken salad with nuts, apple, lettuce and tomatoes, served with grated carrots lightly cooked in a pan with mozzarella cheese. 😍

This meal is packed with amazing nutrients that my body needs!

🍗 Chicken: Rich in protein, helping my muscles recover and stay strong after workouts.

🥜 Nuts: Provide healthy fats, magnesium and vitamin E, supporting heart health and muscle function.

🍎 Apple: Contains fibre and antioxidants, supporting digestion and gut health.

🥬 Lettuce: Provides hydration, fibre and essential vitamins.

🍅 Tomatoes: Rich in vitamin C and lycopene, helping protect my cells.

🥕 Carrots: Packed with beta-carotene, which supports healthy skin, vision and immunity.

🧀 Mozzarella: Provides protein and calcium, supporting strong bones and healthy muscles.

❤️ One thing I’ve learned is that fitness isn’t just about going to the gym. It’s also about what you put on your plate!

Every meal is an opportunity to nourish your body, support your health and feel your best.

Remember, the results you want to see on the outside start with how you take care of yourself on the inside! 💪✨

Eat well, stay active, love yourself and enjoy the journey! ❤️

Today, I chose to nourish my body with love and care! 🐟🍋🌶️❤️

Fresh raw salmon with Sicilian lemon, sweet peppers, onions and a touch of salt. A delicious combination packed with protein, omega-3, vitamins and antioxidants.

Salmon helps support muscle recovery, heart health, brain function and healthy skin.

As someone who loves working out, I know that results don’t just come from what we do at the gym. They also come from what we put on our plates! 💪✨

Eating healthy isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making better choices for your body every day.

Remember, your body deserves the same love and attention you give to everything else in your life! ❤️
