Did a thing. A really, REALLY cool thing.

Newest ‘Reshape’ instructor on the block🫡

3 years behind the desk it was about time really. I love throwing a dumbbell about. I LOVE running. Why not mash ‘em together with a filthy playlist and some moody lighting? DARE ya to come meet me in the studio @1rebeluk, I promise it’ll be all kinds of fun🪩

Movement is magic. EVERYONE is welcome. See you on the tread!🏃🏻💨 by @alexanderflaherty_

never have I ever been given 4 items in a @leonrestaurants too good to go *downs pint* 🏃🏻‍♂️ by @alexanderflaherty_

What a privilege. This show. These people. I won’t say it was easy but my god it was worth it.

Shanghai, simply put you were life changing. In so many ways. This really felt very special both inside and out of getting to throw myself about for a living. To take this show to the other side of the world and plant our flag, is something I will never ever forget.

I am full of gratitude for the places and experiences this show has gifted me.

To the Jungle and all the cast, crew and production teams that made it possible, thank you🍻

I Am Harvey Milk.

A week that felt like one BIG hug. Too short but so so sweet. The warmest room full of incredibly open people coming together to create something beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you🤍

If I told you I had a horrible month I’d be Julyin’🤥 by @alexanderflaherty_

My journey with @choirofman seems to be one continuous whirlwind and this chapter was certainly no different. Another opportunity to tread the boards with a genuinely fine group of gentlemen, the way you welcomed me to this Jungle was a dream. I can’t thank this show enough for allowing me to do what we do and call it my job. There are too many thank yous for this character limit and I’m not quite @samwillison_95 so I’ll keep it low-key for now.

This contract brought me an unbelievable amount of joy, be it a little short and sweet. Grateful doesn’t ever cover it; I’ve really never felt more at home.

I’ve given up guessing what’s coming round the next corner, I’m just here for the ride. Brick by brick🧱

Thank you to everyone who helped make this my life🃏🍻
