8 THINGS WOMEN WHO PRIORITIZE THEIR FITNESS SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN. πŸ’ͺ❀️ Women who make time to stay fit, strong, and healthy aren't conceited, selfish, or obsessed with their appearance. They're simply choosing to invest in themselves. And there is NOTHING wrong with that. 1️⃣ Taking time for yourself isn't selfish. You can be a great mother, wife, friend, and businesswoman while still making your health a priority. 2️⃣ Being proud of your body isn't being conceited. You've worked hard for your strength, discipline, and progress. You're allowed to be proud of it. 3️⃣ Wanting to look good doesn't make you shallow. You can care about your appearance AND care about your physical and mental health. 4️⃣ Making time to train doesn't mean you're neglecting other responsibilities. It means you're making yourself one of those responsibilities. 5️⃣ Eating healthy isn't being obsessive. Fueling your body, being mindful of nutrition, and creating healthy habits are forms of self-respect. 6️⃣ Being strong doesn't make you less feminine. Muscles, strength, confidence, and femininity can absolutely exist together. 7️⃣ Setting boundaries around your health isn't selfish. Saying no sometimes, protecting your workout time, and prioritizing rest are healthy choices. 8️⃣ You don't owe anyone an explanation for wanting to be the healthiest version of yourself. Whether you're 25, 35, 45, or 60, you deserve to feel strong, confident, capable, and comfortable in your own skin. ❀️ STOP MAKING WOMEN FEEL GUILTY FOR TAKING CARE OF THEMSELVES. We shouldn't have to apologize for going to the gym, preparing our meals, investing in coaching, or wanting to feel good in our bodies. And remember, taking care of yourself doesn't have to look the same for every woman. Strong women aren't conceited. They're committed to themselves. πŸ₯Š At UNDISPUTED BOXING, we help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits without guilt. πŸŽ™οΈ BETWEEN THE ROUNDS | COACHING WOMEN IN SPORTS πŸ₯Š Coaching women in sports isn't always the same as coaching men β€” and understanding those differences can make you a better coach. In this episode of Between the Rounds, we're talking about what it really takes to coach female athletes. πŸ’ͺ Understanding how women train, recover, and respond to different training demands. 🧠 Recognizing that how you communicate, motivate, and deliver criticism can impact an athlete's confidence and performance. πŸ₯Š Knowing when to push harder, when to adjust, and how to build trust between a coach and an athlete. Being a great coach isn't about treating every athlete exactly the same. It's about understanding the individual in front of you and knowing how to bring out their best. Female athletes don't need to be treated as less capable. They deserve to be challenged, respected, understood, and coached to their full potential. 🎧 Tune in to BETWEEN THE ROUNDS as we discuss the differences, challenges, and lessons we've learned coaching women in sports. πŸ”₯ Looking for coaching that understands YOUR goals, YOUR body, and YOUR potential? πŸ₯Š Boxing | Strength Training | 1-on-1 Coaching | Online Coaching 🌐 www.undisputedbyalex.com #BetweenTheRounds #WomenInSports #FemaleAthletes #WomenInBoxing #CoachingAthletes BoxingCoaches UndisputedBoxing AthleteDevelopment by @alexandra_legault
πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ β€œWOMEN WITH MUSCLES AREN'T FEMININE.” Who decided that getting stronger was something women should be afraid of? For too long, women have been told to lift light, stay small, avoid looking bulky, and focus more on being skinny than being STRONG. It's time to change that mindset. πŸ‘ Strength training isn't about trying to look a certain way. It's about building a body that can DO MORE. πŸ”₯ Lift heavier. πŸ’ͺ Build muscle. 🦴 Strengthen your bones. ❀️ Improve your long-term health. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Move better and prevent injuries. πŸ₯Š Build confidence in what your body is capable of. Getting stronger doesn't take away your femininity. It gives you freedom. Freedom to carry your own weight. Freedom to feel capable. Freedom to challenge yourself. Freedom to get older without accepting weakness as inevitable. And here's something I wish more women understood... You don't have to want to be smaller. You can want to be STRONGER. Stop being afraid of the weights. Stop worrying about getting bulky. Stop letting outdated opinions determine what your body should look like. Train to be strong at 30, 40, 50, 60 and beyond. Because the goal isn't just to look good in the mirror. THE GOAL IS TO BUILD A BODY THAT CAN KEEP UP WITH THE LIFE YOU WANT TO LIVE. ❀️ πŸ₯Š Ready to start getting stronger? At UNDISPUTED BOXING, we offer strength training, personalized workout programs, and online coaching to help women build real, lasting strength. 🌐 www.undisputedbyalex.com πŸ“© DM "STRONG" to get started! #StrongWomen #WomenWhoLift #StrengthTrainingForWomen #BuildMuscle #StrongNotSkinny FemaleStrength WomenOver30 WomenOver40 UndisputedBoxing UndisputedByAlex OnlineCoaching CalgaryFitness by @alexandra_legault
βš–οΈ ARE YOU ACTUALLY EATING WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE EATING? πŸ‘€πŸ₯— One of the simplest tools you can use to stay on track with your nutrition goals? A FOOD SCALE! And no, it's not about obsessing over every gram or restricting what you eat. It's about understanding portions, building awareness, and learning how to fuel your body properly. πŸ’ͺ Here's why a food scale can be a game changer: πŸ₯— Portion Awareness – What you think is 100g might actually be 180g! πŸ₯© Protein Goals – Make sure you're getting enough protein to support muscle growth, recovery, and performance. πŸ”₯ Calorie Accuracy – Small differences in portions can add up throughout the day. πŸ“Š Consistency – Measuring portions helps you understand what you're eating and make adjustments based on your goals. 🧠 Nutrition Education – Over time, you'll become better at estimating portions without needing to weigh everything. REMEMBER: A food scale is a tool, not a rule. You don't need to weigh every bite forever to see results. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or simply building healthier habits, understanding how much you're eating can make a difference. πŸ₯Š STOP GUESSING. START UNDERSTANDING YOUR NUTRITION. Need help figuring out your calories, macros, or building a nutrition plan that works with YOUR lifestyle? πŸ”₯ UNDISPUTED ONLINE COACHING offers personalized nutrition guidance, training programs, and accountability to help you reach your goals. 🌐 www.undisputedbyalex.com πŸ“© DM me "NUTRITION" to get started! #UndisputedBoxing #UndisputedByAlex #NutritionCoaching #FoodScale #MacroTracking HealthyHabits FitnessNutrition OnlineCoaching CalgaryFitness FuelYourBody ConsistencyOverPerfection by @alexandra_legault
πŸ₯ŠπŸŽ™οΈ BETWEEN THE ROUNDS PODCAST Nobody warned us that owning a boxing gym meant spending 10% of our time coaching and 90% of our time wondering WHO THE HELL LEFT THIS HERE. πŸ˜‚ πŸ₯Š Gloves everywhere 🧹 Floors that were clean 5 minutes ago 🧻 Bathrooms that apparently clean themselves πŸ’ͺ Weights that have never found their way home 🧽 An endless supply of things to wipe down πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ And somehow… the gym is STILL a mess. You clean it. You organize it. You turn around. BOOM. Back to square one. πŸ˜‚ Forget running a boxing gym… we're basically running a daycare for adults with boxing gloves. πŸ₯ŠπŸ€£ πŸŽ™οΈ On this episode of Between the Rounds, we're talking about the never-ending behind-the-scenes chores that nobody sees when running a gym. 🎧 Tune in for the laughs, the chaos, and a little gym-owner therapy! πŸ‘‡ Gym owners and coaches… WHAT'S THE ONE THING YOU'RE CONSTANTLY CLEANING UP? #BetweenTheRounds #UndisputedBoxing #GymOwnerLife #BoxingGym #BehindTheScenes GymHumour BoxingPodcast by @alexandra_legault
Nothing says β€œthank you for a great workout” quite like getting flipped off by your client on the way out. πŸ–•πŸ˜‚πŸ₯Š I take it as a compliment. πŸ₯Š YOU SHOW UP. WE HANDLE THE REST. πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ One of the best parts about hiring a trainer? πŸ₯Š BETWEEN THE ROUNDS PODCAST πŸŽ™οΈ THE FIGHT DOESN’T END WITH THE FINAL BELL β€” THE SCORECARDS MATTER. Judging is one of the most important roles in boxing, but also one of the most criticized. Behind every fight are athletes who have dedicated weeks, months, and sometimes years preparing for that moment. And when the final bell rings, the judges have a responsibility to make sure that hard work is evaluated fairly. βš–οΈ Good judging matters. πŸ₯Š It protects the integrity of the sport. πŸ₯Š It recognizes skill, technique, and effective boxing. πŸ₯Š It can impact a fighter's career, confidence, and future opportunities. Judges have a tough job. They're making decisions in real time, and not everyone will agree with the outcome. But consistency, education, accountability, and fairness are essential. πŸŽ™οΈ On this episode of Between the Rounds, we're stepping into the world of boxing judges, breaking down the pressure behind the scorecards, and discussing why fair judging is critical to the future of the sport. πŸ”₯ DON'T JUST WATCH THE FIGHTS β€” UNDERSTAND WHAT DECIDES THEM! 🎧 TUNE IN TO BETWEEN THE ROUNDS NOW! πŸ₯Š TRAIN HARD. FUEL HARDER. PERFORM BETTER. πŸ”₯ You can have the best training program, show up every day, and put in the work… but if you're not fueling your body properly, you're holding yourself back. πŸ‹οΈ As an athlete, nutrition isn't just about what you weigh. It's about how you PERFORM. ⚑ Carbs give you the energy to train harder and maintain intensity. πŸ’ͺ Protein helps repair and rebuild muscle so you can come back stronger. πŸ₯‘ Healthy fats support hormones, recovery, and overall health. πŸ’§ Hydration supports endurance, focus, and performance. 🍎 Eating enough helps reduce fatigue, supports recovery, and keeps you ready for your next session. WWW.UNDISPUTEDBYALEX.COM Under-fueling doesn't make you a better athlete. It can make you a tired, slower, and less recovered one. Whether you're training for a competition, playing a sport, building strength, or just trying to improve your fitness, your nutrition needs to match your goals. πŸ”₯ STOP GUESSING. REINVENTING YOURSELF STARTS WITH ONE DECISION. πŸ₯ŠπŸ”₯ You don't have to stay the same person you've always been. Maybe you've spent years putting everyone else first. Maybe you've lost your routine, your confidence, or simply stopped making time for yourself. The best part? You can change that at any point. Reinventing yourself doesn't mean becoming someone completely different. It means building a version of yourself that feels stronger, healthier, happier, and more confident. Fitness is a great place to start. πŸ’ͺ Not because you need to look a certain way, but because showing up for yourself changes more than your body. It changes your mindset. It builds discipline. It creates confidence. It reminds you what you're capable of. You don't need to overhaul your entire life overnight. Start with 30 minutes of movement. Build a routine. Make yourself a priority again. You're never too old, too busy, or too far behind to start becoming the person you want to be. πŸ₯Š UNDISPUTED BOXING ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ WWW.UNDISPUTEDBYALEX.COM Ready to make yourself a priority? πŸŽ™οΈπŸ₯Š BETWEEN THE ROUNDS PODCAST | WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A LOSS? Not every fight goes according to plan, and not every fighter walks away with a win. But what happens next? As coaches, it's our responsibility to look beyond the loss, evaluate what went wrong, recognize what went right, and figure out how to move forward. Sometimes it's not about training harder. It's about training smarter, changing strategies, rebuilding confidence, and creating a new game plan that fits the fighter. A loss can be frustrating for both the fighter and the coach, but it can also be one of the biggest opportunities for growth. The goal isn't to create fighters who never lose. It's to develop fighters who learn, adapt, and come back better. πŸŽ™οΈ In this episode of BETWEEN THE ROUNDS, we discuss the coaching side of a loss, making adjustments, and why progress isn't always measured by wins and losses. πŸ₯Š UNDISPUTED BOXING ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ WWW.UNDISPUTEDBYALEX.COM #BetweenTheRounds #UndisputedBoxing #BoxingPodcast #BoxingCoaching #FighterDevelopment BoxingMindset TrustTheProcess BoxingLife CoachingBeyondTheRing by @alexandra_legault
