Margo in her Ceremony Dress 🐚💍🤍

When @margovaliante and I first met, she specifically wanted antique lace for her wedding dress. Per her Special Measurement, I knew this stunning 1930’s gown that was tucked away in my archive would be PERFECT!!

With the help of the geniuses at @alts we were able to restore this beautiful and delicate lace dream gown to its full glory!

Margo is such an incredible talent, and I knew we had to put her in a dress as special as she is!

She is truly an ethereal vision. Just wow!!

THE MOMENT @margovaliante Said Yes to the (Vintage) Dress 💍🤍

It was such a joy to source this 1930’s full lace, mutton sleeve wedding gown with a back collar and virgin buttons for @margovaliante ‘s ceremony !! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Liddy’s Reception Look ❤️⚓️

This numbered 1958 Mollie Parnis linen sailor collar dress is the second red and white look that I sourced for @liddycwade ! New York City designer, Mollie Parnis, was known for not only dressing many first ladies but also created nurse uniforms during World War II.

Something special we offer is the option to embellish and/or reimagine each look with our in-house dream team! Our lovely @india.kathleen added red panels to the sides of the dress and a matching bow at the bust creating an entirely unique look just for @liddycwade !!

Preserving and respecting vintage pieces will always be our priority. Gently customizing a piece can be a beautiful way to give a vintage item a new life with the perfect person! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Liddy’s Wedding Day Earrings 💍✨

@liddycwade was looking for a pair of earrings to match her sapphire wedding ring. She also loved the idea of some sparkle and pearls! Because she got married in a church, she also wanted the shape to be reminiscent of a cross. I sourced these 1980’s Nolan Miller baroque-inspired clip ons for her big day! Something blue!! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Liddy’s Getting Ready Look 👰🏼‍♀️🤍

This 1930’s silk bias cut slip dress was the most perfect and effortless choice to wear for the start of @liddycwade ‘s Wedding Day! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Liddy’s Witching Hour Boat Cruise Look 🚢🤍

I’m obsessed with pieces that marry two different style cultures from one decade! This dress at first look is pure 1970’s bohemian: bell sleeves and ruffles all made in silk georgette. Interestingly, the top is actually a tricot stretchy leotard, reminiscent of disco! This dress was absolutely custom made for its original owner in the 1970’s.

The marriage of these two different styles was perfect for a Pre-Wedding Boat Cruise !

@liddycwade looks so ethereal! She truly cast a spell on us! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Liddy’s Welcome Party Look ❤️🤍❤️

@liddycwade asked me to source multiple red and white looks to match her wedding decorations in Newport, Rhode Island.

I sourced this red and white striped Norma Kamali STUNNER from Europe! What a drop dead gorgeous silhouette!! Wowza!!!!

Such a fun and unique Bridal Welcome Look! Unconventional, cool bridal is what we do best!! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Andreina’s Reception Look 🤍

I styled @andremayobre in a late 1960’s mock neck, wide leg jumpsuit for her to party the night away 🪩✨

The white lace Mantilla veil-turned-capelet added an extra unique, bridal layer! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Chiara’s Reception Look 🪩🤍💍

For @cheechlewis I decided to pull one of my favorite pieces from my archive. This very unexpected, ultra rare 1970’s Bazara backless batwing stunner was perfect for an Italian summer night!!!!!!

Just wow!! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Oscar-Winning Executive Producer of “Mr Nobody Against Putin” Robin Hessman for the PGA Awards 🖤

There’s nothing like a black Tahari blazer and an Alexandra signature black bow necktie for any red carpet!! C’est chic!!! by @alexandrablairbyappt

Jackie at the @sxsw Getty Portrait Studio for the premiere of baby/girls 🤎

When Jackie mentioned suede all I wanted to find was a mini dress! I sourced this chocolate brown late 1960’s suede mini with an O ring zipper for her (my fave!!!!!!)
