I mean… LOOK who’s on a Times Square billboard!! 🥹✨

What a moment.

So incredibly grateful to be part of the very first episode of The Power of Pinq. @pinqproductions

To see myself up there in the middle of Times Square… wow. Just wow.

So grateful for every opportunity, every room, and every YES that keeps leading me to moments like this. 💗

Keep showing up. Keep saying yes. Keep doing it scared. by @alexandrasilvalabarr

You know me—I always keep it real.

This book has been ready for weeks, but I kept holding back. My editor finally asked me, “Alexandra, are you scared to put it out?” And I had to admit… yes.

But that’s the whole point of Show Up Scared.
We delay opportunities, we make excuses, we let fear stop us. But the truth is you can do it scared anyway. That’s where the magic happens. That’s where transformation begins.

The time is NOW. This is the Show Up Scared Movement.

Join me on October 1 at 6 PM EST for the free virtual book launch. You need to be in the room for this one.

I’ll never forget the feeling a few years ago when I finalized the cover of my first book.
It was such a beautiful, surreal moment — knowing it would soon be out in the world for people to see, purchase on Amazon, or hold in their hands at my book signings. That cover symbolized a dream coming to life.

Yesterday, I experienced that feeling all over again.
I received the cover for my new book, Show Up Scared, launching at the end of this summer — and my heart is so full.

It’s exactly what I envisioned.
The moment I saw it, I knew my designer had captured my vision perfectly and brought it to life.

I truly believe this is my best work yet.
I cannot wait to share it with you all.
Stay tuned — so much more is coming!

KEEP SHOWING UP.

Stay consistent. Believe in yourself, even on the days when you can’t see the progress yet. Keep putting in the work, and the results won’t have a choice but to catch up.

KEEP GOING. by @alexandrasilvalabarr

Connect. Grow. Lead. by @alexandrasilvalabarr

Does anyone else want to say, “How much time do you have?” when someone asks what you do? 😂 Especially when you only have 60 seconds.

Between running a business, writing books, and speaking, I used to wonder how to fit it all in without giving someone my whole life story. I hear the same thing from so many of the leaders I work with.

Finding my voice helped me get clear on what I wanted people to remember.

What’s the hardest part of explaining what you do in 60 seconds? Tell me below. I’m curious. by @alexandrasilvalabarr

KEEP GOING 🙏🏽

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you can restart. You can reset as many times as you need to.

You are your greatest project. Give yourself grace, keep showing up, and don’t give up on yourself.

Even when you’re scared. Especially then. 🤍 #keepgoing #doitscared by @alexandrasilvalabarr

I know what it feels like to walk into a room and question whether you belong. That’s why I’m intentional about the rooms I build…and how you feel when you walk into them.

If you’re new here, welcome! I’m Alexandra Silva Labarr, founder of TPN Community, a global women’s networking organization with 30+ chapters. We help women build relationships, grow their visibility, and create opportunities for themselves and their businesses.

And we’re bringing that mission to our fourth annual conference, ELEVATE 2027! On March 18, we’re bringing together 300+ people for a day of connection, powerful conversations, and growth.

I built these rooms for you. For your voice to be heard. For your business to be seen. For you to meet someone who could change what happens next.

✨ Explore TPN Community and reserve your early bird ticket for ELEVATE 2027 through the link in my bio.

You belong in the room. Come join us. ❤️ by @alexandrasilvalabarr

Yesterday at Live2Lead was a full day of learning, connection, and IMPACT! 🔥

I was honored to keynote the youth track, sharing my signature Feel Forward Method from my book, Show Up Scared – Teen Edition, with over 100 middle and high school students. Giving our youth tools to move through fear and use their voices is work that means so much to me. ❤️

To my friend and sister @ana_sasmiresan , congratulations! A packed room of leaders ready to learn and grow, with speakers and panelists who gave us so much to take with us. Four years in a row…you did it again! So grateful to have been part of it again.

And @samwghanem my friend and sister…you were AMAZING! You kept the room engaged and brought so much energy throughout the day. Loved watching you do what you do!

The bonus? Having my @tpncommunityglobal sisters there! TPN Community was a proud sponsor, and seeing our members and chapter presidents together at our table made the day even sweeter.

My heart is full. These are the rooms that remind me why we do this. ❤️ by @alexandrasilvalabarr

Seven years into building Xandra Marketing & PR, I know this: being great at what you do is only part of building a business. The rest will stretch you, teach you, and show you what you’re capable of.

Swipe for three lessons I wish I knew before launching and save this for your own journey. ✨@xandramarketing by @alexandrasilvalabarr
