I had a goal this August…but i experienced so much more than I thought !
I showed up scared of so many changes in my days, changes in the ones around me, changes in my body and mind. I showed up TIRED but I showed up for ME this is MY time and how dare I not. I showed up with a sprained ankle ready to keep soaking the energy, knowledge and the CREATIVE DRIVE in the eyes of @rociojorda_ I am endlessly thankful to @rociojorda_ @its.studio.ro 💌💐🪽🩵 I got to share so much more than I thought I’d allow myself to 🦋 off to strengthen my ankle 💪

I wasn’t going to share my June video because it was my first time doing a longer choreography and i have a thousand and ten things to pick at but here we are BECAUSE it was my first- I DID IT i showed up shaking in my heels but i was there in front of a CAMERA trying my best and that’s all we can do and should do SHOW UP because you have that “maybe not” !

If I have 1000 things to pick at I have 1000 things I’m about to EAT at!

I can’t do the last slide a disservice when we’ve come THIS FAR in FEAR trying to keep our faith bigger🌟

This month im working on not only “just keep on keeping on” when my mind isn’t letting me connect with my body but ENJOYING and feeling because that’s when the learning feels like you’re on top of the world (and not SHOWING when I’m “keeping on” in my face lol<3
I came into @polinaglen.dance in May a LOST queen in TEARS on my way to class in TEARS after class but i was there ! slowly my heart has become so full as i keep showing up for the tiny queen in me that’s always felt something in music and moving my body…every room I’ve walked into i feel more and more proud and now I cry for not only feeling lost but all the good that ONE jump brought me…loving supportive queens that SEE you and make me feel strong in my vulnerability, a room where i could shut the world out, where I leave feeling like I could do anything else that crosses my mind because ITS MY LIFE! I only have the breath im taking NOW!
