Comment "MEN" and we’ll DM you the episode link.

We've lost the map of masculinity?

4,231 men died by suicide in England in 2024.
In a survey of UK men aged 18 to 45, 60% said they have to look out for themselves because no one else has their back.

At Soul Revolution, I sat down with five men in front of a live audience to talk about what actually changes this. Shame. Anger. The nice guy trap. Why so many men feel powerless. What being strong really asks of us.

A Potent Time To Honour Our Ancestors 🍂

This Saturday, as part of our Samhain Retreat Day, @alexdudgon will be offering a fire ceremony. This is a beautiful opportunity not only to connect with our ancestors but also to communicate with them through visualisation, writing and fire ritual ✨❤️🔥

We have so many incredible offerings as well as lots of free time to socialise. If you feel in need of a mid-autumn reset, we’d love to welcome you.

Head to the link in our bio if you feel the call or if you’d like to find out more about the event.

Our New Home! 🌬️🌳🔥🌊

We are SO EXCITED to reveal our stunning new home, @stanfordhall_ in Leicestershire.

This is not only some of the most beautiful and potent land we’ve ever witnessed, but it is also possibly the most accessible site in the whole of Britain, sitting right in the heart of the country 🫶

We know this may come as a surprise to many of you. We will share in the coming days why we have moved away from Weston Park.

But for now… We wanted this post to be filled with excitement, wonder and positive energy.

This summer solstice, we rise up together and celebrate the giver of all life 🌅

And in turn, our own lives, each others and all life.
Giving thanks for all we have to be grateful for 🤲

We are down to our final 100 early birds now. Don’t forget, you can now also use our payment plan option from just £32 per month.

This isn’t going to be one to miss!

Pain Into Purpose 🦋

What if some of the most painful chapters of your life could eventually become part of your purpose?

Not because the pain was necessary. Not because we should pretend everything happens for a reason. But because we get to choose what we do with what happened to us.

Our grief can deepen our compassion.

Our struggles can help us understand the struggles of others.

Our darkest moments can become the reason we choose to bring more light into the world.

Some of the most beautiful things we create can grow from places we never would have chosen to visit.

You are not defined by what happened to you. But you can decide what you create from it 🌱❤️

Retreat Personalities Part 2…

Part 1 seemed to bring a lot of joy, so we’re back by popular demand! 🔥 The interactions in the comments were what made it for me, I was howling all night 😂

So come on… bring your fun, bring your banter and, most importantly, bring your honesty. Which of these characters do you see in yourself, or have you witnessed in someone else? 👀

Summer 2026 ☀️

A bit of a re-birtb summer for me. At the time of the solstice I was quite honesty not a great place whatsoever. Severely burnt out, business on the ropes, not showing up in my marriage how I’d like. A lot of spiralling negative thoughts.

I realised that between October 2025 and July 2026 I didn’t take a single week off work for 9 straight months, only an odd day here and there. I do not recommend that one bit; it royally fucked me up 😂 Lesson learnt.

Anyway, it’s amazing what a good holiday, the seaside, and some rest can do. Got myself rested, rejuvenated, and quality time with the family.

Then filled up my cup with some new hobbies: embodiment dance, brought a djembe, and was part of a new men’s group forming. Getting back into sport soon also.

Enjoyed four epic days at Medicine hanging out with so many people I love but don’t get to be fully present with at my own events. Loved going to @soalegria.earthmandala Festival with all the Yawanawa crew also 🔥

Feels like a long time ago but also thrown lots of happy memories from SRF 2026 in here 📸

Heading into autumn, still lots of challenges, but it’s been a big shift over the summer from feeling tired and overwhelmed to excited and empowered about them. I am super grateful for peace and sanity. The type of deep gratitude that can only come after painful hardship.

Massively grateful to @cassierosedudgon , my family and close friends who are here through all my highs and lows!

So many things are changing, a handful are big ones for sure. Most of which I can’t talk about right now 😏 but will share soon ✨

I turn 35 next week and it feels like a milestone event. If the average age is 80 then really middle age is 35-45. I’ll also be closer to 40 than 30, which feels strange but lets go. Still feeling very young of body and of heart.

Happy equinox, everyone. I hope autumn is full of lessons, joy, and peace 🍂

World Suicide Prevention Day.

This shouldn’t be a topic for one day of the year, but it feels like a good time to touch on it.

This conversation is so important! Every sister or brother that takes their own life is a failure of our society.

Please let us know your thoughts in the comments below, we would love to hear them 🧡

Would you like to see Soul Revolution involved in community land projects, or even create our own? 🌱

I had an amazing time down in Glastonbury earlier this week, meeting everyone at @cropsnotshops and spending time on the land.

I was grateful to be welcomed into their morning circle and experience first-hand the benefits people are getting from living together in community.

In just four months on their new site, they’ve achieved so much. It’s exciting to imagine what will be created there over the years to come.

The gardens are stunning, and it was incredible to witness the amount of beautiful organic food they’re already growing in an eco-conscious and regenerative way 🌱

Massive thanks to @chay_cropsnotshops and the whole team for making me feel so welcome and sharing their stories with me.

Our long-term vision at Soul Revolution has always been to have land of our own, and we feel ready now to start taking bolder steps in that direction.

A place where we could:

🌿 Host Soul Revolution Festival
🏡 Nurture a small living community
🙏 Create a retreat centre
🥕 Grow our own food

Not just a festival site, but a living, breathing home for the values we come together to celebrate each year.

Does this vision align with you? And is it something you could ever imagine being part of? Let us know in the comments below or get in touch 👇 👇 👇

We’re also exploring ways Soul Revolution and Crops Not Shops could work together to support each other’s missions. We have different skills and communities, but so many shared values and a similar belief in what is possible.

There’s a lot to explore, and we’re only at the beginning.

Life is full of hope and possibility. Never forget it. 🌞💛 by @alexdudgon

Your favourite bald eagle in his natural habitat soaring the skies 🦅

Crazy wind at the top, nearly took flight. Got a hair transplant, fed some lizards and hugged my mountain guides favourite tree. All overlooking Mount Teide, a huge volcano.

10/10 day out.

Massive thanks Elena for showing me this beautiful place ⛰️ and for capturing it for me. by @alexdudgon
