Your brain is filtering information all day long.

Your reticular activating system helps decide what gets your attention and what doesn't.

So if you keep looking for what’s wrong, you’ll find it.

What else could you start looking for? 👀

It feels heavy when you have a dream that almost comes true and then one little thing sets you back. It can feel like your dream won't happen, but maybe that setback is really just a set up. Keep going don't stop. Ever. ⚡️

You are the answer to so many of your own questions.

When you start trusting yourself, advice from other people begins to look a lot different. You can consider someone else’s perspective without abandoning your own.

The goal isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to trust yourself enough to know what resonates and what doesn’t.

That’s where empowerment becomes the standard and discernment is sharpened.

Yes...get curious and gather information. But don’t hand your knowing away.

Your inner voice is your strongest guide. 🤍

What if the life you’re experiencing is being shaped by filters you don’t even know are there?

We don’t just perceive the world...we interpret it. And those interpretations become patterns. Patterns become reactions. And eventually, they can start making our choices for us.

Awareness changes the equation.

An experience happens. We attach meaning to it. This is perception.
Is the meaning you gave it the only truth?

I bet not. Expand in curiosity. The finite world you have been taught is fake. Possibility exists everywhere. You just need to be curious. 🧐 👀🦋 by @alexomania

The next time a familiar reaction comes up, get curious: What am I feeling, and what story am I adding?
