“Good is the enemy of great!” 🔥

We had the opportunity to hear from Preston Lee, founder of The 30 Rule, who shared some powerful lessons on leadership, hospitality, and problem-solving.

💡 Service is 1 for all. Hospitality is 1 of 1.

💡 “If your boat is sinking, you can get more people with buckets, or you can find the leak.”

That last one really stuck with me! Great leaders don’t just manage problems. They identify the root cause and fix it.

Leadership isn’t about settling for good. It’s about challenging ourselves to be GREAT!

Victor found the VIP section of my bed. 😂📺 Apparently, the back of my bed is now his private movie theater. Please do not disturb the unbothered botherer! 💀 #rodriguezpadillafamily by @alexrodriguezgon

🍣 Date with my wife at Masa Sushi & Hibachi in St. Cloud!

Great sushi, a great experience, and a local business worth supporting! I read some of the negative reviews, and I have a few thoughts about their all-you-can-eat policy. 😂

📍 4247 13th St, St. Cloud, FL

Definitely recommend giving them a try! 🍱❤️

I’ve been keeping this to myself for a while… and I think it’s finally time to come clean. I’m not proud of what happened. I knew better. I knew there could be consequences… and I did it anyway. #rodriguezpadillafamily by @alexrodriguezgon

We sat down and my wife decided the popcorn looked better on her than in the bucket. At least the movie came with a show. #rodriguezpadillafamily #verity by @alexrodriguezgon

A little date night with my favorite person. ❤️🍿🎬 Good company, some popcorn, and Verity on the big screen. Sometimes it’s the simple nights together that mean the most. #rodriguezpadillafamily #verity #datenight by @alexrodriguezgon
