POSTS STORIES REELS

This red tiger was created for a client who trusted me for his very first tattoo.
The design follows a square and grounded structure, inspired by traditional Lanna motifs from Northern Thailand, where strength is expressed through balance and form rather than realism.
We took the time to talk, to shape the idea calmly, and let the design find its place.
After this first piece, we went on to create a second tattoo together, which I’ll share later.

This last flash set gathers some of my favorite designs.
I love creating pieces that can live on their own but also blend naturally with other tattoos.
Small details, simple shapes, stories hidden inside the lines… that’s where my style feels at home.

All designs are one-off, available in black, blue, or red.
Happy to adapt them slightly to fit your body or your existing tattoos.

A tattoo about protection and unseen authority.

In Toraja culture, certain cats are known as serre’datu, “princely cats”.
They are never meant to touch the ground, from birth to death, and even beyond.
They remain inside the tongkonan, the ancestral house, elevated while dogs guard the earth below.
A To’minaa once shared that their status comes from an ancient story, one that links them to the spiritual order between worlds.

This black cat follows the same visual language as the Balinese dog I created previously, structured lines, balanced form, quiet strength.
The session lasted around two hours.

Just before leaving, he told me he’s actually afraid of cats, and that he hoped this tattoo would protect him.
Sometimes a tattoo is not about admiration, but about transformation.

This piece was created for Lélé. A black tattoo placed on the calf.

The design features a woman seen from behind, standing in the water beneath a crescent moon.

The composition was imagined like a quiet midnight bath, with a focus on softness, grace and atmosphere.

Rather than telling a precise story, the piece leaves space for interpretation and emotion.

A delicate design built around movement, balance and simplicity.

Blue Venus de Milo for Panos 💙

This was one of those flash designs I had really wanted to tattoo since the moment I created it, so I was very happy when Panos chose it for his forearm.

The session itself was just as enjoyable. Panos has a very calm, zen energy, and we spent the whole time talking and exchanging while I worked.

Always a special feeling when a design you’ve been waiting to tattoo finally finds the right person.

Thank you for the trust, Panos 💙 by @alextinta_

Second tattoo for @91_les_pyramides 🖤
My little cousin, but honestly much more like a little brother to me.

This time, a black Bali dog on the forearm, framed with a few small ornaments inspired by ancient Chinese designs.

I always love tattooing people who are close to me. There’s something different about making a piece for someone you’ve known almost your whole life.

Thank you for trusting me again, little brother. by @alextinta_

Cernunnos for Margot, in black.

Margot came with a very clear idea of what she wanted and a strong reference for the direction of the piece.

For this one, the challenge wasn’t to completely reinterpret the subject, but to stay close to her original vision while bringing it into my own visual language through the shapes, the black areas and the way the composition sits on the arm.

I really enjoyed finding that balance between her idea and my way of drawing.

Thank you for the trust, Margot 🖤 by @alextinta_

Two yoga poses in blue 💙
One on the back of each calf.

I liked the idea of creating two separate figures that still work together as one composition, following the symmetry and movement of the body.

Simple shapes, calm energy, and a little dialogue between both legs.

Thank you for the trust 💙 by @alextinta_

A black panther, sitting with its mouth open, looking back.

Near its mouth, a small star.

In some traditional Dayak imagery, creatures are given dots to eat, so they do not devour the person carrying them. In this drawing, the dot became a star.

This piece became one of my favourites from my last guest spot at @le.gamin.a.dix.doigts

I’ll also remember the conversations shared with Melvin throughout the session. Some tattoos remain on the skin. Others remain in the workshop.

Thank you for the trust. 🖤 by @alextinta_

A blue cat in motion.

Inspired by Nicolas’ own cat and by the rectangular posture I often use for my tigers, but with more curves and movement to adapt naturally to the forearm.

I loved finding the balance between structure and fluidity in this one.

Nicolas was also a pleasure to spend time with. The kind of person who speaks with real passion about what he loves, and makes the hours pass very quickly.

This lion was created for Cyril. A black piece placed on the chest.
The project carries a very personal story.

After going through a serious health issue, his children kept telling him, “You fight like a lion.”

Once he had recovered, he decided to get a lion tattooed on his chest, as a surprise for them and as a reminder of that period of his life.

The design was built around strength and presence, while keeping a balanced and timeless composition.

During the same session, we also brought new life to an old Polynesian turtle tattoo he had worn for more than 30 years.
Using white ink, we were able to bring back some of the details that had gradually disappeared over time.

When the tattoo was finished and he saw everything in the mirror for the first time, the emotion in that moment was incredibly moving.

Moments like these are a reminder that tattooing is often about much more than the design itself.

Tattoo made for @sam_parle_tattoo and his brother during their time in Bali.

We met a few days before the session. By chance, Sam was passing through the island and we ended up having long conversations about Bali, Indonesia, and the different tattoo traditions across Asia.

A few days later he contacted me again. His brother wanted to get his first tattoo, and he thought of me for the project. He also asked if I could make the same design for him as well.

I usually create unique tattoos, but for two brothers it made sense to share the same design.

So I drew a piece for them with a Buddha eye at the center, mudra hands on each side, and a small ornamental element above.

Two interpretations of the same design:
• red on the chest for his brother
• black on the leg for Sam

A beautiful session with a lot of conversation and exchange. I’m really happy we met, and we already plan to meet again to explore Bali together and visit traditional tattoo artists.
