The start of this year has been one of the biggest seasons of my life.
Coaching has grown more than I ever imagined, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands I’ve dreamt about. I’m so grateful for every opportunity.
As exciting as it’s all been, there are definitely moments where I feel overwhelmed. I realised I couldn’t keep trying to do everything all the time.
I’ve had to be more intentional with where my time and energy go. If my body needs a slower day, I take it. If I need to pull back from something, I do.
The last few months have felt really full, but it finally feels like things are starting to settle a little, and I can’t explain how nice that feels. It also means I can put more time and energy into this space again, sharing more around women’s health, training, and all the topics I’m passionate about.
It’s reminded me that looking after yourself isn’t falling behind… It’s what allows you to keep showing up for the things that matter. 🤍 by @alignedbyjada
