POSTS STORIES REELS

As health & fitness professionals, there’s nothing we love more than helping people get in the best shape of their lives.

Our clients look up to us like we’re superhuman but believe it or not, we also get humbled by injuries from time to time - that’s normal. What’s not normal is living with chronic pain.

That’s where we come in. At ALIGN, we identify the root cause of your pain, treat it directly and use strength training to correct faulty movement patterns - so it never comes back.

We may not be able to make you superhuman, but we’ll help you maximize your genetic potential so you’ll certainly feel that way when we’re done. 🤓💥💪

Fall Into Breath 🍂

Breathing is something we do all day, every day — but how often do we actually notice how we breathe?

Join Savvy and me on October 3 at 2:30 PM for an afternoon of exploring breath through movement, touch, awareness, and connection.

We’ll play with different ways of breathing, notice how breath changes the shape and movement of the body, and explore what happens when we slow down enough to actually feel it.

No need to be “good” at breathing. No need to know anything beforehand. Just bring yourself and some curiosity.

No I do the work to not go back! I’ve been getting consistent bodywork every week. Not because I’m broken—but because I want to stay unbroken.
Working with @savvy_fitcreative at @alignindc has helped me identify and start correcting patterns I didn’t even know were holding me back. This isn’t just recovery. It’s prehab. It’s performance.
Not stopping anytime soon.
