No puc evitar veure’l. És molt evident.

“dear all, i won’t be back anytime soon” by @alisia.rey

Every moon holds a memory. A small part of a day about to end hanging from the ceiling.

The sound of steps against a dusty forest trail sharing thoughts and worries with dad; crickets beginning their concert timidly like the first chords of a grand orchestra. A windy day in the mountains, hair and mind both a mess; a plane crossing the sky far away while wondering where I am.

The first blossom trees near a smoky road, the never-ending questions that I never ever want to end. The exact moment before an important call, a muttery voice murmuring ‘if you’re busy I can call later’.

A clear sky in Norway, the feeling of floating in a dream, why do I deserve this. Tires screeching on a small town road, four careless friends running toward the sunflowers, shirts off, laughter echoing down the valley.

Ever since I was little, I’ve loved the sight of warm lights glowing in strangers’ windows. I remember feeling intrigued even by the blur I saw from my parents’ car when they picked me up from late basketball practice.

I’ve always dreamt of the little rituals and routines unfolding inside. I could almost hear the clinking of their silver cutlery and sense the smell of distant, imaginary soups. Would they discuss their day. Would the tablecloth be spotless while children raced and slid down the corridor as parents yelled for the third time “dinner’s ready”.

Would they see the same people I saw walking to their night shifts like a band of birds heading south behind their glowy curtains. The small talk, the distant wingbeats fading like the light.

I remember wondering how these lives could be real. I remember the tinkling in my stomach when thinking of the strangers I would never meet.

When I was little, I dreamt of these moments of peace. The incandescent light of a muted TV lighting up a couple too tired to go to bed. A forgotten, steamy cup waiting inside a microwave as everybody said goodnight behind the walls; the sound of closing doors. An old cat purring near an old electric heater. A wrinkled book resting on a night table, waiting to be discovered.

És la pedra més bonica. Mira, brilla amb el sol. És molt petita, segur que porta sort. Me la portes? És que vull agafar flors. Mira aquest cargol, sembla un gelat. Potser ha vingut del mar; està recargolat. Creus que viu al bosc? Potser avui tindrà fred.

A low red sun awaiting its moment of glory. Sounds of laughter at the end of a winding road heading into the sunset. A cheap ice cream at midnight seasoned with whispered gossip. A colorful calendar that lies empty on a shelf as days blur into a false sense of freedom. The most beautiful refuge is memory.

🌻 This shot was edited with @labbet.app — their tools like film grain, motion blur, HSL, and color presets gave the images the atmosphere I had in mind and helped me refine every detail. Loved exploring their features for this project 🤍 thank you
