Being autistic, having ADHD, being neurodivergent, or simply knowing you’re different can sometimes feel like you’re trying to fit into a world that wasn’t made for you. Many of us have learned to mask, camouflage, change ourselves to make others comfortable, and even pretend we don’t know what we know. But what if you never had to lie to yourself again? What if your difference wasn’t something to fix? What if your awareness was actually one of your greatest capacities, and you could learn to use it to your advantage? That’s what we love about @accessxmen classes… 🦸‍♂️ Not making you more normal, but empowering you to discover what’s actually right about you! What if the difference you’ve been trying to hide is actually one of your greatest capacities? #AccessXMen #AccessConsciousness #Neurodivergent #ADHD #AutisticAdults by @alison_alma_cox
Are you an imposter… or are you just so damn ingenious that this reality has NO IDEA what to do with you? 😂 Have you spent your life trying to fit in, act normal, get it “right,” and convince everyone that you totally know what you’re doing? Yeah. Us too. Clearly. 🧺🤣 What if the things you’ve been hiding, judging, camouflaging, or calling “wrong” are actually some of your greatest capacities? IMPOSTER OR INGENIOUS?
