Honored to be featured by @theprnet sharing my perspective on where luxury travel is headed. I believe one of the biggest shifts we’re seeing is that luxury travel is becoming less about what a trip includes and more about how it leaves us feeling. Beautiful design and exceptional service remain essential, but the experiences we remember most are the ones that leave us genuinely restored. That’s one of the reasons this felt like the right time to relaunch @healthytravelmagazine where we explore travel through the lens of wellbeing. I truly believe the greatest luxury isn’t where you go—it’s how you feel when you leave. Thank you to @theprnet for including my perspective. 💙 Read the full story in my profile link.⬆️ #healthytravel #LuxuryTravel #WellnessTravel by @alisonlewis
A wonderful editorial recognition for Dallas-based @kristenfegaleinteriors featured in the May/June print issue of @housebeautiful 👏🌟 It is exciting to see Kristen’s beautifully layered office included in the magazine’s conversation around color, mood, and concept-driven design. “Concept…came first.” That line feels especially reflective of Kristen’s work as a whole — thoughtful, grounded, and deeply intentional. A richly detailed space that balances warmth, restraint, and personality in a way that feels both elevated and deeply livable. 100 classes at @supertone.fit 💜 After six months away, today was my first class back, and what a welcome! @augusta_cole of @supertone.fit often reminds us, “You were meant to be in this room. You were meant to be next to the person beside you.” She says a lot of other things which I always want to stop in the middle of class and write down. It says so much about this place. Challenging workouts, incredible instructors and a community that makes you feel at home. And the sweetest handwritten note from the team made my day! It’s the little things that go a long way! 🩷🙏 by @alisonlewis

Love seeing a trend I spotted early getting more attention! On September 9, I wrote a story for @healthytravelmagazine about how luxury resorts are taking Pilates to another level, from dedicated reformer studios to personalized wellness programs. This week @voguemagazine covered the same growing trend, even highlighting a couple of the resorts I featured. One of my favorite parts of publishing Healthy Travel is discovering where luxury wellness travel is heading next! See the story link in my bio link. Read my original story at @healthytravelmagazine. One of the things I love about covering luxury travel is seeing how hotels are rethinking the entire guest experience—from design and wellness to what’s happening at the table. For my latest @healthytravelmagazine I looked at how luxury hotels and resorts are making nutrition more personal, from individualized menus and nutritionists to entirely new approaches to dining. And the beautiful settings certainly caught my eye, too. 🩷 You can find the story in bio link. ⬆️ #HealthyTravel #LuxuryTravel #WellnessTravel #hospitalitydesign by @alisonlewis
When is white not the answer? Ashley Gallion of @ashleyayerinteriors recently shared her take with @southernlivingmag on where designers would skip white—and why a little color can completely change a space. We love seeing Ashley’s design perspective featured in @southernlivingmag and this beautiful bedroom is a perfect example of her way with soft, subtle color.🩵 Congratulations, Ashley! My love of interior design definitely follows me when I travel—and especially into the spa. For my latest @healthytravelmagazine story, I looked at seven of the most beautiful spa relaxation rooms around the world, where thoughtful design, architecture and a strong sense of place become part of the wellness experience. These are spaces designed to make you want to linger—and I could happily spend an afternoon in any one of them. What makes an interior design project press-worthy? It’s something I think about every day. After years on both sides of the equation—as a magazine editor and now handling PR for interior designers—I know that beautiful rooms are only the beginning. Editors are looking for a story: a distinctive point of view, an interesting renovation challenge, a strong sense of place, an unexpected design decision—and, of course, exceptional photography. One of my favorite parts of design PR is finding the story within a project and figuring out the right editor, writer or publication to tell it. Beautiful design gets attention. A great story gives an editor a reason to publish it. #InteriorDesignPR #DesignPR #InteriorDesign #PublicRelations by @alisonlewis
